Hezbollah has carved out spheres of influence in South America, primarily in Honduras (post the Clinton backed coup) and Argentina (which... is interesting). This was allowed to happen under the last administration's watch because they didn't want to risk pissing off the Mullahs and their deal. If Trump's administration wants to shut down the trafficking pipelines of drugs and humans into this country, getting Argentina and Honduras to step up is fundamental.
