Beef Jerky
We NEED to win next week though. 100% CANNOT let a Bradyless Pats win 4 in a row. We also need to see this thing called consistency and momentum people on other teams always talk about. DriveFor1Outta5
Cards laid an egg, and our offensive success were using the Army football style running game. Virgil
I don't think this game wipes the bad taste of weeks 1 and 2 out of our mouths, but it MIGHT NOT be the doom and gloom we thought. Yes, 1 win. But, it makes next weeks game huge. We start 2-2, regardless of against to who, we are right back in it before some winnable games and 1 game out of 1st place in the East
Momma Pecoraro
Pot is not yet legal in California. The baseline efficiency for the Bills passing offense is far below what is needed to contend in today's game. Wins are fun, but relying on large gains by a running qb and a basketful of turnovers every game results in a consistent run toward mediocrity. Trade every asset with large upcoming expectant cap hits for the future. Its the qb.

C.Biscuit97
John, I totally respect your optimism. I used to be there. But the problem is we have been put in a big hole and one thing there has not been under Rex has been consistent play from one game to another. That said, that was about as much fun as I have had watching the Bills in a long time. Whooose the quarterback thoooo for Pats I know we joke that a jugs machine could beat them but Bills played them very close last time at Foxboro with Brady. Prediction: the Bills will not bring pressure and force the jug machines to pick us apart. And they will.

Marty McFly
Inconsistency has been the issue going back to last year...specifically on defense. Specifically stringing together multiple wins. We need to be able to go on winning streaks and keep the momentum going. We saw the Cheifs and the Redskins go on RIDICULOUS winning streaks last year that brought them to the playoffs. We need to develop that consistency as a team. Marty McFly
Yeah TT really hurt us today.....that is all Are you kidding? We should have started Cardale. Tyrod was sooooooo inaccurate today. He missed like 5 open receivers. Led us to a victory but his stats were terrible. Bench him and start EJ When your #1 playmaker is out you have to do whatever you have to do to manufacture offense/points. Hopefully Watkins is back next week, but I'm doubtful. I was impressed with Powell today Ive been a staunch supporter of Walt since TC. Happy to see him finally get in the game and get a chance to make plays. I wonder whos better when bullets are flying. Powell vs Salas. Edited September 25, 2016 by Marty McFly

Only thing that matters is getting a W. Doesn't matter how. He sucks. We can't win too many games in the NFL counting on the running game for almost all the offensive output. I'm happy we won, but TT did nothing to ease my concerns about him. I don't get the feeling our final record will be any better than I thought before. Tyrod defenders coming out of the woodwork make no sense. He was essentially a running back under center today. He did nothing as far as being a QB. MDH
Bills have either got to win 4 in a row starting this week or 4 in a row starting the game after. They need one of those Pats games and the three in between. Otherwise you can stick a fork in their season.

He'll make TT beat him through the air. That defense is top 5 in the league AT THE VERY MINIMUM. Thats gonna be a defense heavy game, especially if JG isnt playing. No kidding it was the game plan because they have to hide TT. Thats his gameplan no matter who he has under center, did you see the post game? Even Bradshaw was saying, "last week he threw for 297 but those arent the type of games Rex wants from his QB, he wants games like today where we control the TOP and run run run." Or something like that. Either way I think you underestimate TT, hope he proves you wrong this season. Peter
I am hearing and reading the Rex Haters say it was only one game (referring to today's game). Yet, some of these same people had no problem saying Rex should get fired (a) before the season even started; (b) after the Ravens game; © after the Jets game. Hmmmm. P.S. Of course, the same guys also will never acknowledge that it might be nice to give Rex a chance with all the parts that are missing

TT sits about the middle of the pack as far as NFL QB's go. He's not a superstar, but he is good enough if the rest of the team does their jobs. If there was anyone out there that was better, then believe me, they'd be starting for someone. You are entitled to your opinion, but most experts would disagree with your assessment that "He sucks." If you can't enjoy a win like today's then I suggest you find another hobby.

I just hoped to see something from him. If you count his ability to run middle of the pack might be fine. As far as being a real QB, he's bottom third. I don't think he is "good enough" to even be a playoff QB. Defenses will catch on to our run only offense, and stuff it. He can't read a defense, throw over the middle, or pass accurately. Many QBs that are middle of the pack struggle, but still have the ability to do those things better than TT. I enjoyed the win, so I don't need a new hobby. I just think it changes who we are until TT shows something. Praise any element of this team you want to. They all deserve it today, including TT's ability to run fast. I just don't understand people seeing something in TT from this win. The same concerns I had about TT the first two games still exist. I guarantee if we win it means we fixed many of my concerns. BB is going to force TT to play QB. If we win it will take us playing a complete game. This would be a great positive moving forward. RK_BillsFan
It's only three games. True. Things we've noted so far: 1) Can't play catch up - too much reliance on TT - whats the stat? zero wins if he throws more than 30 times? 2) Can't get into a shoot out - see above - unless we can literally run through the opposing 8 man box 3) Team looks great when ground and pound is working...... of course it does.... 4) Injuries and being forced to play some back ups at key positions is a lot more pronounced than previously anticipated. I honestly think, if we had the Big Stuff, we had a shot of winning last week. 5) Play calling - has been nauseating. Like can we please, please please get more TE plays called. Nothing shown these first three weeks has instilled any confidence that we'll be ok for the season. I mean, how ELATED do you think the Pats fans are to be 3-0 and have a third stringer lead a 27-0 performance..... and here we're clapping our hands for not shitting the bed worse than the other team.
