At approximately 6:33 pm, violent protestors on H Street NW began throwing projectiles including bricks, frozen water bottles and caustic liquids. The protestors also climbed onto a historic building at the north end of Lafayette Park that was destroyed by arson days prior. Even if they had used Tear gas, I still wouldn't had been outraged about it considering the circumstances. I'm just on the other side of 59 from the 3rd Ward where he grew up and close to downtown so fingers crossed everything stays quiet. The family had a March today in downtown which has gone off without incident.
