huhuh, Chris Manhertz

I'm hoping that he develops and I believe that he has a chance. He's a great athlete. Manhertz is certainly a project at this point but those are the kind of guys that you take a chance on. You can teach someone fundamentals; it is much harder to teach some to run fast or jump high.

Brown will be MLB and Lawson will be an OLB.

Yes. As it stands now I see the starters as: SLB- Lawson, MLB- Brown, WLB- Bradham. Although if they resign Spikes this could change. Depth is pretty weak though.

Hogan is backup slot WR not LWR.

I wonder if Hogan or Goodwin get cut? I doubt that they keep 6 WRs.

Bit sloppy, not? Hairston? Didn't we let him go?

A long time ago.

Yup. Also, even if the team doesn't bring in another OL free agent, I wouldn't bet on Chris Williams beating out Richardson or even possibly Kouandjio at RG.

Looks like we need to bring Spikes back and draft a LB. I'm more concerned right now about LB depth than I am about Guard.

Draft:

2) TE - should be tall

3) Sean Mannion

4) LB

G or best players available from there on out.

A QB in the 3rd would be wrong IMO. You could get a real contributor there. They acquired Cassel for a reason.

100% agree... I'm not a fan of Cassel but he's here to hold down the fort for a year until we give it another try for a franchise QB next year. Don't waste a pick on this lackluster crop of QBs when you have Awesome prospects (boykin and cook are my favorites) next year and a better position to get them

Being a diehard Griffs hoops fan, I am really looking forward to seeing what he's got. He was a good but not great basketball player. May have been like 3rd team MAAC his senior year.

Another Griffs fan?!? He is very athletic (and intelligent). He's earned every opportunity that he has had and I am hoping that he can be at least a PS guy. Manhertz is big, fast and can jump. He's probably the best athlete that the Bills have had at the TE position since forever. He is VERY raw but that skillset is worth cultivating. I am definitely cheering for that kid.

Yep. Goodwin was my prediction in the "surprise cut" thread a few weeks back. Rex's history is he generally keeps 5 wideouts... if you give one of those places to Easley for what he can do on teams then there is 1 place between Hogan and Goodwin and Goodwin would have to have an outstanding camp and pre-season to jump Hogan given what the two respectively have put on tape the past 2 seasons.
