It’s been a busy offseason in many ways for the Bills franchise. Here's a look at the most impactful moves this offseason.

5 Bills that could see reduced roles in 2014: http://www.wgr550.co...4669?pid=404249

Final phase of offseason program begins

With the first two phases of the Bills voluntary offseason program already in the books, Buffalo will begin Phase Three Wednesday morning at One Bills Drive.

Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity, or OTAs, during Phase Three. No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.

It marks the first time in the offseason that team offense versus team defense drills can take place.

OTAs: What to watch for

With each passing season there is roster turnover in the NFL. Between expiring contracts, free agency and the draft an NFL roster averages change of about 25-30 percent. That leads to changing roles in all three phases where young players step up into bigger roles and veteran additions step into vacant roles.

Below we take a closer look at the players to track as OTAs begin Wednesday and run right up to mandatory minicamp in mid-June.

Organized Team Activity

Wednesday, May 28 – Friday, May 30

Monday, June 2, Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5

Lee has been injury prone most of his career, unfortunately. Guy just can't stay healthy, hasn't completed a full season yet.

Schefter just tweeted that they fear he tore his ACL. In OTAs? Poor guy.

There is NO crappier feeling then to tear an acl right before the damn season.......

Of this I know

OUCH .

Sucks to see anyone get setback . Especially a rookie. That first season must be a lifetime when forced to sit and rehab and sit and rehab and watch etc
