    I believe McDermott and his scheme will apply enough lipstick to the secondary to get by, if the Dline continues to get the pressure we’ve seen up to this point this defense should finish top 10, more than good enough to accomplish all their goals.

    100% correct, while at the same time being 2 of the NFLs most competitive players at their respected positions there’s little doubt they believe they can and should win every game on the schedule as long as they remain healthy.

    As long as Allen and Diggs remain healthy, this is a playoff team, just get in and I like our QB advantage in most games outside of KC

    I stated the 6-8 teams who could actually win a title because there’s 20 teams where no matter how much good luck they enjoy it won’t overcome the multitude of other issues keeping them from truly competing. Luck is everything for the KC, Buff, CIN, PHI, SF and DAL of the world

    You can be critical of their play in the postseason and still recognize the outstanding regular season numbers. Minimizing one to prop up the other isn’t necessary.

    That’s the point, saying Burrow has gone further in playoffs is the reasons for differing opinions of Allen and Burrow is over simplified. That’s why I refer to those people as simpletons.

    Maybe this year Allen’s defense will give up 19 PPG in the postseason like Burrow has enjoyed in his playoff career and not the 29 PPG that Allen has had to overcome. Some People are simpletons.
