But not often due to judge only, no jury trials and the “loser pays” law where the judge can make the plaintiff pay all cost for all 3 parties including the court, it’s just not prevalent.

If the person was operating under the influence then yes suing seems appropriate but if they weren’t, that’s an unfortunate accident. You assume risk with you ur actions everyday and some dude who loses control of a jet ski seems like an accident, in fairness it wasn’t me getting my knees twisted the opposite direction and if so I may feel differently.

I agree on White, I believe he’s a major factor one way or the other Monday and for the season as a whole. White must return to form along with an at least average OL and this team has a shot to win it all.

If Allen isn’t injured mid season he wins it last year, 5000+ total yards, 40+ total TDs, single digit INTs and multiple extraordinary performance in prime time. Gonna be a fun season.

Heck yeah, it’s amazing watching his career as a Bill unfold, jumping outta my chair every game texting my buddies with disbelief at what we’re seeing every game. I don’t have any hard feelings towards those who constantly dwell on the negatives and can’t see beyond the ultimate goal of winning a Lombardi, I actually pity those fans . Can you imagine heaving Josh freaking Allen as your QB and not being excited about winning a title because you’re too busy nitpicking. That was me in the 80s and 90s, only dwelling on the final game of the season and before I knew it the run was over and I never really appreciated the greatness while it was happening.

I hate that I agree with this but perspective is needed for sure, there’s plenty of entertainment that people spend large amounts of money on that I would never dream of doing. The fact I can get every NFL game in library format commercial free at my fingertips for 30 bucks a month ? For me it’s peanuts but I do understand others wish to spend their entertainment dollars differently.

I agree with the first 4, but I don’t see Purdy beating Mahomes, Burrow or Allen in the superbowl unless they have an all time defense and hold those teams to 13 points. I don’t see Purdy going toe to toe.
