  1. Can't see that happening to be honest... The numbers don't work. And Bam is one of their core ST's players...
  2. Then they'll kill whatever other QB they have to face...๐Ÿ˜Ž
  3. I think you can start with Addison being gone...Can't see how he makes it through this upheaval...๐Ÿ˜Ž
  4. I was as shocked as anyone else by this pick... But I've been telling everyone that will listen to me these past few months that TB cracked the code...And it's pretty clear to me that McBeane watched the SB and thought the same thing... The Bills intend on beating KC with their front 7...I think that's pretty obvious at this point...๐Ÿ˜Ž
  5. Agreed... I think the chances of Rousseau being around at #30 had he played in 2020 are slim and none. Especially when you consider the talent Miami had on the D-Line. He would have feasted again with that bunch, and gone higher.
  6. I've continually heard Rousseau compared to Calais Campbell as a prospect...Some believe he'll be best gaining weight and rushing from the inside exclusively on obvious passing downs. Beane just mentioned he would move inside in the Nickle D...But Beane also said he figured Rousseau would stay around 260-270... This is definitely a trust the process pick...I doubt very much he would have been available at #30 had he played last year...Maybe it would have been 15-25 and not top 10 like some had him after 2019...But probably not 30...
  7. I was literally 110% sure it was going to be Jenkins... I'm pretty much never right...So my streak continues...
  8. I'm not going to say who is still on the board with 5 picks to go... He will remain nameless...I'm not stupid...
  9. Of the 5 QB's I'd rather see Jones to the Pats than the other 4...Not to say he can't be great...But at this point, outside of the Pats getting completely shut out, this is the best we could hope for IMHO....
  10. I'm really not sure... But I do think if by some weird miracle one of either Vera-Tucker or Teven Jenkins manage to slide to #30 they will be the pick.
  11. With the admission that I am rarely right about what the Bills do specifically... I do not believe this rumor...even a little bit...
  12. I would agree with just about any other LB...But not Cox. Take into consideration we may have 2 teams in our Division alone (if Miami gets Pitts) that roll out 12 personnel on most downs. If the Bills took Cox it would be with the idea that he's on the field every down vs. 12 personnel... In the scenario we have here...Shelvin (who I LOVE for the Bills), Cox, or Molden...I think Cox is pretty clearly the BPA... Note - I have no idea why Eskeridge or Meinerz are on this poll. It's too early for either of them IMHO...Especially Meinerz. But anyway...๐Ÿ˜Ž
  13. Ossai is a real interesting prospect, and I like him. I was especially pleased to see his measurables at his Pro Day. Because, to me at least, he looked like more of a SAM on the field than a 4-3 DE at times...And Texas did stand him up a lot earlier on. Even at MLB some... The kid is almost 6-4 and weighed in at 256...His Pro Day numbers were off the charts good...And his tape show some real explosiveness at times while being a big-time hammer when he squares up...And he seems to be just scratching the surface of what he can be in the NFL...I think in Buffalo it will be easier for him than going to a 3-4 team. He'll be a DE all the way and he can concentrate on just those responsibilities. Sure I'd love to see the Bills land him at #30...But I think the chances of him being there are slim...With that kind of size and athletic ability I just can't see it...There has got to be a team in the mid-late 1st that will see his pretty crazy ceiling and bite...Hope not though...
  14. He played in 36 of a possible 64 regular season games in the past 4 years. I doubt anyone is in a big hurry...
  15. Watched this last night... Very impressive... Doubt very much he gets to 30...But if he does...It's a hell ya... If not I just hope he stays out of the AFC...
  16. Not a fan of these 2 picks at all... I personally would not touch Phillips. The concussion deal scares me too much, especially using a 1st Rd. pick. Admittedly he's deserving as a football player, but the head injury deal is just too much of a risk for me. And Onwuzurike does not address what I think the Bills need inside. He's a sub 300 lb DT who definitely moves well, but I saw some tackling issues on tape that concerned me. I was just as impressed, if not more, by Daviyon Nixon... I'd MUCH rather the Bills reach for Shelvin at the end of the 2nd because I know exactly what they will get...Not saying I'd take Shelvin at #61 because I do think it's a little early. But I'll take Shelvin over Onwuzurike for the Bills needs all day...And I think Shelvin's ceiling may be higher if he can lose 25 lbs or so and embrace NFL-level training...
  17. This is actually perfect... I felt I reached my high-mark a couple times during tailgates in my youth.
  18. Taron is a starting slot CB who played on over 77% of Defensive snaps in 2021...Most of these NFL slots will eat a LB/S for lunch...Even one as good as Owusu-Koramoah. No offense at all but I'm not interested in Deablo that high...TDN has him #317 overall, and #169 on their Predictive board...And I trust TDN...So it's a pass on Deablo for me until much later in the Draft... Here's how Joe Marino summed up Deablo..."At the next level, it will be critical for Deablo to excel on special teams to give him an opportunity to develop his skill set and become more consistent across the board. As it stands, heโ€™s an oversized safety that lacks versatility and has athletic limitations." I don't mind the Rousseau idea. If the Bills Scouts believe I trust them...But Rousseau is almost all projection at this point. I think he's got huge upside. But the last time he played he was a tall skinny kid...Now he was pretty damn good as a tall skinny kid I'll grant you that. But it's risky...
  19. So SAM and probably big Nickle? I mean...That's fine, and I don't doubt he can play at 230 don't get me wrong...But it's still not a ton of snaps... What I'm trying to say (without coming out and saying it I guess) is I'm AOK with Drafting the kid...But I feel to fully utilize his skills the Bills will have to take Edmunds off the field more, especially in sub-packages...And I may be in the minority...But I'm not against that at all...
  20. I don't question Owusu-Koramoah's abilities...He's super intriguing as a prospect. My question is who goes to the sidelines when he comes in? And a player of this caliber should be considered as an every down player fairly early in his NFL career. Jordan Poyer is technically the Bills starting SS...He's not coming off the field. The Bills just paid Matt Milano...He's not coming off the field. He could take all of Klein's snaps, but he'd be a 220 lb SAM? Obviously he would be the guy for the big Nickle, but that's not a ton of downs unless it's vs the Pats... Now if you want to tell me he's going to take snaps from Edmunds on obvious passing Downs I'm all ears. I just doubt the Bills are...
  21. This may be my favorite one yet. Did a little maneuvering to end up with 8 picks total. I just flat out want Javonte Williams (or Etienne)on this Bills Offense. The committee thing will be OK, but Williams will be like a turbo-charger...Melifonwu will have a chance to play some. Robinson could develop real well given time. Everyone knows about Schwartz by now. I'm sure he'll go higher than #161. But he was there and I was not going to pass him up. I did not mess around while addressing the interior D-Line depth with size (Zimmer and Phillips combined for over 600 snaps on Defense in 2020. While they are both OK players I think this is an area the Bills can attack in the 4th-6th Rounds. Kyle Williams was a 5th Rd pick. Pat Williams went undrafted. It can happen. Regardless, I think they can improve their depth inside on D. I realize Star will take up some of those snaps...But it's not like Butler set the world on fire last year, and he was on the field for 428 snaps himself)...Beyer and Rumph are both likely Dev squad guys, but they have real nice upside. I think Rumph can fill a LorAx-type roll in a year or two.
  22. F*** the fish... They'll be watching the Bills win the SB from their couches just like everybody else...
