  1. Not to mention the signing of Ogunjobi who's best fit is at 3T (the same as Carter) and the fact they brought Phillips back... None of these things are good news for Carter long term.
  2. Dominating the Ravens in the trenches would really be something to behold.
  3. That's just it though... We're not sure...
  4. I corrected that quickly Sir...lol
  5. I don't start threads much...ever... But he has to make this team... Right? And look... Folks can talk about how he has to play ST's and all that, but... I watch an absolute TON of NFL football... The Bills are my favorite team... And I want to see Shavers catching balls from #17... Like...Actually as a part of this Offense... I think we need to see... We need to find out... Am I crazy?...
  6. Well... Things change by the day. I mean... Van Pran-Granger definitely looks to be headed to the PUP now... Maybe Tre...Or more... But I don't know what I don't know...
  7. Maybe... I know one of the Cover 1 guys was saying he was born to be a Bill before the Draft...
  8. Even rookie rough Jackson had the best Pass Rush rating of any Bills D-lineman in the 1st two preseason games combined. He's high cut and basically playing a new position... I think it's going to take at least another full off season to see all of these Rookie D-linemen move towards the lower body strength level they are going to need... It's going to take some time. But you can't teach the athletic ability he has. Landon Jackson may not play much this year...we'll see... But he's more about 2026-2027 anyway. I'm an upside guy. He's a 9.78 RAS athlete. The Bills have decent DE depth, especially when Hoect gets back. Chances are Jackson is inactive the majority of the 2nd half of the season if AJ is still around. There's time...
  9. QB Josh Allen, Mitch Trubisky (I would be shocked if they kept White over Mitch) RB James Cook, Ray Davis, Ty Johnson FB Reggie Gilliam WR Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Joshua Palmer, Elijah Moore, Curtis Samuel, Laviska Shenault TE Dalton Kincaid, Dawson Knox, Jackson Hawes OL Dion Dawkins, David Edwards, Conner McGovern, O'Cyrus Torrence, Spencer Brown, Sedrick Van Pran-Granger, Tylan Grable, Alec Anderson, Ryan Van DeMark DL Greg Rousseau, Ed Oliver, DaQuan Jones, Joey Bosa, AJ Epenesa, Landon Jackson, Javon Solomon, TJ Sanders, Deone Walker LB'S Terrel Bernard, Matt Milano, Joe Andreeson, Dorian Williams, Shaq Thompson CB Christian Benford, Tre'Davious White, Taron Johnson, Dorian Strong, Maxwell Hairston, Ja'Marcus Ingram, Brandon Codrington S Taylor Rapp, Cole Bishop, Damar Hamlin (I wouldn't...but they will), Jordan Hancock, Cam Lewis ST K Tyler Bass P Brad Robbins LS Reid Ferguson
  10. I totally agree and all that is true and good... The Bills were 9th in the NFL in QB Pressures in 2024. I'm as big an x's and o's football junkie as anyone. I love Cover 1...lol... But we can all just turn that stuff off and tap into our common sense when it comes to the Bills and how teams are going to continue to attack this Defense until they prove they can stop it... The ball is coming out fast on plays designed to exploit our zones and drops in the short passing game, and we are going to continue to see a ton of misdirection and screen plays... I think with the additions there should be no question the Bills are better upfront. But until they can solve what teams started figuring out about them in 2023, and got a little better at in 2024, this Defense will not improve like folks think it will. They have to tighten up the coverage vs the short and intermediate passing game to give those D-Linemen that extra second or two to get to the QB. A heathy Milano and Bernard for 17 games is a BIG key... But it's going to take that whole back 7...
  11. All due respect Mr. Dickerson...
  12. This pretty much says it all about how he was available at this point of the process... RAS is not everything... But a 3.48 at CB in the NFL is a STEEP climb...
  13. The Buffalo Bills stacking injuries at a position... Just another day that ends in y...
  14. I realize Gabe is a major polarizing guy for Bills fans... But from everything I've read so far he will not be ready for the start of the 2025 season. I'm not sure when he will be ready, but for the sake of argument let's just guess at 4-8 weeks in... First we have to assume all is going to be good heath-wise... Lets say that checks out...So if...IF we are talking about signing Gabe Davis, putting him on IR to return at basically the NFL minimum...well... I think that is a no-brainer tbh... Look at the Bills WR's right now. Shakir and Samuel have both missed almost all of camp. Last year Shakir, Samuel, and Coleman all missed time and Cooper was banged up... Again, assuming he's healthy, you're not going to be able to pull a Gabe Davis level talent off the PS if someone goes down late in the season. I know there are a lot of if's... But I can see it making sense...
  15. I purposely do not care or follow much about the Patsies, but I did hear he had a terrible 2024 season. I'm sure some folks around here have more in depth analysis.
  16. Well... If there is any good news, Rapp is among the best tackling Safeties in the NFL when he's on the field. Just has to actually be on the field.
  17. I totally agree... And in the past couple years more average QB's and Offenses have moved the ball with increasing consistency... The more teams learn to be patient and take what McD is more than willing to give, the more success they will have. And the Bills will find themselves in far too many shootouts if they can't match their turnover production from 2024.
  18. I know there is no game planning for pre season... But do the Bills have any play calls on Defense that include actually covering receivers?
  19. The way the Bills Defense bites on misdirection is an Offensive coaches wet dream...
  20. To be fair... This was a total team crap effort in the 1st half... I think singling anyone out is a bit crazy at this point...
  21. Babich said before the game it's more about evaluating the one-one-ones... Well... That's that's not looking good either...
