It's well documented on this board that the piss-poor, losing culture on this team started at the top with Ralph. Peg's mistake upon taking over was keeping Ralph's stooges in charge of the team: no change at all, only continuity of the same losing mentality. This is the 1st year in forever where none of Ralph's guys are touching football operations, thank you Jesus.

Absolutely, you can't miss the playoffs for 17 straight years without having a losing culture from top to bottom.

To me, anything is refreshing compared to the monumental failures that finally got dumped. I have no respect for anything Carolina Panthers, so I'm not expecting too much, but I'm willing to give them a chance. This year, I want to see improvement from Week 1 to Week 17. If the team is floundering in Year 2, I will get the whipping stick ready and start using it hard in Year 3. To me, that's a more than reasonable approach.

No doubt the lunch pailers are right up there, just look at Kyle Williams.

I think that McCoy is saying that Sammy never had anyone on the team that knew anything about winning in the NFL. Could've used Anquan a lot earlier than this year.

Some fans may feel that way. Peters was a stud LT and I really hated seeing him leave, that was a front office BLUNDER that could've been avoided. Sammy has proved that he has potential to be great, and that's about it. I'm more upset right now about burning (2) #1's & a #4 for him, another front office BLUNDER. Trading him now and getting some value for him is not a blunder IMO, it's just part of cleaning up the previous admin's mess.
