Nevertheless, it's the Hall of FAME, and the Jets winning that game made him an ICON. Looking at the big picture, I'd say there are very few players in the HOF more worthy than him.
Namath is far more worthy than a token like Warren Moon. Even for the HOF, stats are still for losers.
Can't write the history of the game without him.
Let's look at the list...
Here's 12 I'd move to the Hall of Good:
Jerome Bettis Nick Buoniconti Harry Carson Cris Carter Fred Dean Tony Dungy Cortez Kennedy Art Monk Jackie Smith Jason Taylor Andre Tippett Aeneas Williams
And obviously 1 ex-Bill goes to the Hall of Shame:
Ralph C. Wilson

Excellent! Fred Goldman locked away would be the greatest move ever!
I applaud the move. Once you have determined that a player isn't going to work out, it's best to cut your losses and move on... something that Whaley never learned. Thanks BB.
Yeah, not into it all. I'll tolerate within reason, but anything close to the rack is a complete deal breaker,
Don't like nose rings, lip rings, or chin rings either.
Anyone that likes these things, enjoy by all means, JMO.
Almost a certainty that Harbaugh is gone with another playoff miss, so the sense of urgency should be through the roof, interesting to see how everyone responds & it all plays out.
