  1. Holy smokes when I got my puppy I barely slept for a few weeks. I cant even imagine having 4 kids at once Congrats to him and his wife tho! Very exciting
  2. The whole situation is just so bizarre. I think Mayock has about had it with AB and now he has shot across his bow "show up or dont play for us" presser. I wouldn't be surprised if they issue the 5 day letter if he still hasn't reported after the week 3 preseason game. Thank god he said no to coming here
  3. Jordan Mills sucked before he went against one of the best DEs in the game. People love conspiracies but if were being honest, they just sucked and Tyrod did enough to make them look ok
  4. His QBs in previous stints Derek Anderson/Brady Quinn/Colt Mccoy/ Jake Delhomme/Seneca Wallace Matt Moore/Chad Henne Matt Cassel/Brady Quinn Jamal Charles had 1500 yards rushing in 2012, which is pretty impressive when you look at the rest of the roster
  5. He was kind of a weird hire. IIRC many people were downing down interviews before Pettine got a call
  6. When you have Case Keenum, you gotta pass over generational talents like Josh Allen in order to trade for Joe Flacco and draft Drew Lock
  7. And Beane admitted they should have gotten DA here sooner and cut Peterman as soon as Barkley was ready and Josh was healthy. They admitted their mistake, will learn from it and are moving on. Not sure why you feel the need to continue to harp on it What is any teams contingency if a starter gets hurt? Hope the backup plays well
  8. Tasker is rough. I'd love to listen to that show more but he makes it difficult for me personally
  9. Me too. He might rub some people the wrong way but I love his confidence. I would never bet against Baker
  10. Especially with the second ranked defense last year. Hughes, White, Poyer and Hyde are all deserving of recognition. Milano too
  11. Ah, well now I feel like and A-hole haha
  12. You can, it just has to be after a certain point. I'm not sure the exact rule, but they were going to resign Rod Streater a few ago, then traded for Kelvin Bigman
  13. Just turned 31 I moved out 4 years ago and bought a house in February. Took me a few years to get to that point after getting two bachelors degrees (double major) working for free for a year to get "experience", then taking odd jobs for a year because I had no "experience" and then getting my masters degree before finally being hired and severely underpaid for two years before getting laid off after pulling 70 hour work weeks consistently to show that I was a team player for a company that treated me like ***** before finally getting my current job of which my company didn't have a contract past 4 months of my start date so I technically wasn't getting benefits because I was a "temp" in the eyes of HR until the new contract was signed, which didn't happen until I worked at the company for 8 months. But I'm lazy and entitled or something.
  14. Millennial man. The generation that will not be able to retire. Social security will be dead by time I'm retirement age and many (myself included) started work late due to going to grad school which is a requirement it seems now to get an entry level job. Add that in with high student loans and stagnant wages, most people I know don't expect to ever retire I'm putting 15% of my engineer salary into my retirement too. I expect to work until the day I die
  15. I wont ever retire. One of that generation
  16. Struggled would be Jeff Tuel who,, by the way, threw for over 200 yards in his one and only start. Peterman would have had a higher passer rating if the chargers were the offensive players. He was beyond horrible. It was a joke that he got another chance. If Allen hadnt played so poorly against the Bengals in the preseason last year he would have been the opening day stater There is no hostile fixation on Peterman. Good for him if he keeps getting work. But he does not deserve the opportunity. He got 4 starts and he has a 1:4 TD to INT ratio and averages 4.2 yards per attempt. That is horrendously bad. Why should he get a shot?
  17. And then cut him midseason because a guy named Isiah Mackenzie was better
  18. I think lots of people are against the TV timeouts and replays. Age has little to do with that.
  19. I will never say he had an ideal situation. But the NFL is never ideal. He didnt elevate anyone, he didnt make good throws, he didnt anticipate routes, he didnt make changes to protection. He looked like he didnt belong. The fact AZ debated on whether or not to move on is laughable. That should have been a 5 mins conversation
  20. No. Go watch some of Rosens game last year. He is far closer to Blaine Gabbert that McCown. McCown actually threw the ball downfield. Rosen averaged 5.8 YPA
  21. Nah, he always sucked Blaine Gabbert would be an apt comparison
  22. Yeah I get your point but after injury Allen avg 207 yards per, 79 yards rushing (286 total) 13 Total TDs to 7 INTs and 4 fumbles (1 lost) in six games Jackson in his 7 starts: 159 yards passing, 79 rushing (238 total) 9 Total TDs (5 passing) and 3 INTS. He also had 10 fumbles (4 lost) and at least one every game (7 games) So 50 yards extra per game and 4 TDs difference. Turnovers are 1 different and rushing stats is a wash. Allen had 4 more total TDs in one less game. One guy had John Brown, Michael Crabtree and Hayden Hurst and one of the best offensive lines in football. The other had Zay Jones, Robert Foster, Charles Clay and one of the worst lines in football As part of the "younger generation" this is not a reason why fans arent going to games. Its goddamn expensive. Plain and simple Dont throw good money after bad If PSLs were a thing to have seasons in Buffalo, I would be done
  23. If the plan is to tank, Rosen wins that job. I watched every game of the cards last year and he has very few redeeming qualities as a QB. He is the JP of the 2018 QB class Luckily this time we got Roesthlisberger instead of Lee Evans
