  1. They had the right guy at MLB in 6-4, 250# Tremaine Edmunds but let him go to be replaced by a smurf.
  2. Yeah, Walker is more impressive. He quickly forced Atlanta to double team him.
  3. Yeah, I thought that’s what Josh Palmer was supposed to bring. He did make a nice catch on that deep ball early in the game. Then he gets hurt. Shavers looked decent. Let him play more.
  4. Who had him in the pool?
  5. In the past seasons under McDermott, they seem to make some adjustments after the bye and finish the season strong. Comes at a perfect time.
  6. How do teams like the Eagles constantly get players late in the 1st round that help them immediately, while the Bills get guys who get injured or take a couple/few years to contribute? A lot of teams have injuries but the Bills definitely get their share.
  7. This kid Solomon is a speed rusher. Why don’t they play him? I don’t know anything about the suspended free agent signee Hoecht. Does anybody know what he brings? I had gotten tired of seeing Epenesa out there but he seems to have made more big plays than Rousseau. Maybe trade one of them when the suspended guys return and get needed help at other positions?
  8. Would Jordan Poyer’s age and loss of athleticism really outweigh his leadership and organization on defense? I’m not sure he’d be doing any worse than our current safeties. Our D-Linemen rarely make tackles on runs. They can’t be just tying up blockers when you’re only playing 2 LBs.
  9. I’m sure McDermott still has influence on the defense. I’d like to know who made the decision to be more aggressive in the 2nd half with blitzes.
  10. I liked what Shaq Thompson brought. Bernard blitzed once and he looked very slow chasing Maye, like Jordan Phillips. Shaq was the only one that was able to run Maye down. Still got his speed at his age. Even when Milano was in the game, he wasn’t doing much. He was being easily blocked. We’ve been saying it for years, if you want to take the next step (Super Bowl), you need a difference maker on defense. Not washed up vets like Bosa. I don’t see how the team could sign a Pro Bowl type defensive player with their salary cap constraints. So, you either trade for one (still salary cap issue) or you draft one. The only way you’re going to get a top rookie is to trade future draft assets and players.
  11. Miami loses to Carolina. Bye bye McDonald? Giants lose to New Orleans. Daboll shown the door?
  12. More pressing needs on defense.
  13. I’m done. Damn Browns beating the Packers! Other than what should be a rout for the Bills, I would suggest Packers over the Cowboys. Parsons should go nuts.
  14. Why do some of you keep talking about McD not having accountability? Do you ever watch a post game interview? When they lose or even if they don’t but there was a play/call/timeout that is questioned, the first thing he says is “It’s on me. I’m the head coach.”
  15. Hawes has been a pleasant surprise.
  16. The offense was clicking in the first half.
  17. Tyson knocked out Foreman in the 2nd round?
  18. But that was a weak call.
  19. Yes, and anyone who thinks Trump is not behind Colbert canceling and Kimmel suspension needs to be institutionalized
  20. Chargers beat Raiders tomorrow and they’ll basically have a 3 game lead.
  21. Happy birthday youngster!
  22. There was another scenario where it was 2nd and short, they ran Cook to the left and he was smothered. Then it looked like they ran the same play again on 3rd down with the same results. This was like last year with the QB sneak, where the Chiefs knew they ran it to the left, stacked the line to that side and stuffed Josh. Brady then does the same thing on 4th down with the same result. Does he run it again because of “they’ll never expect us to run it again” thinking?
  23. I also sill think of them as the 🎵 San Di Ego Chargers. 🎵
  24. And we care because… ?
