  1. Why is it the Bills change head coaches, they change offensive coordinators, QBs and other playmakers on offense and it seems most years (If not all) we end up talking about players not being utilized in the prior season? Even the offensive guru Chan Gailey says he wants a scatback, they waste a 1st round pick on CJ Spiller and then he doesn't use him enough. Last year it was Sammy for the 1st half of the season and also Clay for most of the year after giving him a big free agent contract.
  2. Wow, I figured Suh with no Florida income tax.
  3. Speaking of which, did they give Dorin a call after his tweet about being interested?
  4. There's no way they lose to the Niners at home (better not since I hate the Niners). Also, being on the West coast I've gone to about a dozen games the Bills have played out here and they lost every time. Their record out here is pathetic so they likely will not be winning at the Rams (I'll be there) or Raiders.
  5. Do you actually have a way to strip out commercials or are you talking about just fast forwarding thru them?
  6. I'm somewhat surprised at the optimism of this board where about 57% think the Bills will have a winning record.
  7. I watch most of the Stanford games and I thought Hogan was a good college QB and leader. He was a game manager with good accuracy who didn't make many mistakes and could hit some long plays but he never wowed me to think he would be a good NFL QB. I felt the same way about Trent Edwards.
  8. A friend who's a Bears fan says Cutler looks good between the 20s but when he gets in the red zone he makes dumb decisions.
  9. Maybe Rex is hoping Jack Nicklaus will come see his grandson play and have him on the sideline.
  10. Yeah, the guy is losing it. He did just have his offense run the wishbone, even if it was a meaningless 4th preseason game.
  11. He started the last 5 regular season games and playoffs and was phenomenal. He ended up with 13 TDs, running, receiving & returns. Personally, I like to see more games on the resume. I would take Gurley first since he played 13 games and had 1100 rushing yards and 10 TDs. I've been burned too many times by hype so I would rank Elliot probably 3rd. Actually I think I would take Adrian Peterson over Elliot. Yes, both the Vikings and Cowboys lost their starting QBs and the Cowboys have a great offensive line but teams are likely to focus their defense on stopping the run and dare Dak Prescott to pass against them. AP has rarely had strong QB play and has still put up HOF numbers.
  12. Yeah, that trade didn't make much sense. They made it to get a Pro Bowl TE in Graham and then misused him. Of course, maybe he was overrated since the Saints plugged in Ben Watson and he did very well and now are using Fleener.
  13. Also they don't show the whole game to keep it to 2 hours but replay some of tbe games multiple times
  14. Thanks Astro for another great job with this year's camp!
  15. Every team needs a 'Beer'man!
  16. Why don't you stick to your own team's sites and stay off our forum.
  17. I guess reading comprehension is not one of my strengths.
  18. Thanks again, Astro. No mention again of Hankerson. Is he a goner?
  19. I read that the Hall of Fame is separate from the NFL and it was their lone responsibilty. How lame! They have one game a year and they screw it up?
  20. Disappointing to have to drop Kouandjio as a wasted 2nd round pick but you have to go with your best players. I wish they would do that with the QB position and at least try and find a better backup than EJ.
  21. I was surprised that the Bills had no interest at all in Foles. If Taylor misses time, we know EJ could be a nightmare and Cardale is too green.
  22. I agree. A new strategy may be kickoff placement. If there are 2 returners and the better one is lined up on one side, kick it to the other side. Of course, return teams could counter that by having both returners in the middle and then they split out after the ball's in the air. Keeping a 2nd kicker for kick offs was not an effective strategy last season as Gay had touch backs on just over half of his kickoffs which put him in the lower half of the league. Ironically, for the kickoffs returned the Bills led the league in lowest return average allowed.
