True, there we’re things years ago that were considered acceptable that today are not. But as time goes, and we evolve, those things become unacceptable. People didn’t really understand at that time that what they were doing was probably inappropriate. We need to be fluid in these areas and accept others demand for change based on how they are being treated. What we see happening now is years of unchecked behaviors are being pushed back. Will there be some overreach? There is. Overall, the majority of it is correct. Were I used to work, their email accounts were deleted upon leaving the company, but the emails were converted into smaller files and saved.

One thing I’ve noticed since 2016 is how it’s OK to be openly racist, misogynistic and homophobic. I was stunned at how many of my friends are this way and were just hiding their true feelings. I’m not part of the cancel culture movement. I just believe we should treat each other with respect regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation or gender identity. We are all human and deserve to be treated respectfully. If it offends a group of people, then it shouldn’t be happening. Are there a lot of crazy “cancel culture” things going on? For sure. Issue is hatred for others based on skin color, sexual orientation, etc. has gone unchecked for years and does need to stop.

Yes, deleting old emails is a good idea. Not because of cases like this, but for housekeeping. You can delete them all you want. What about those who received them? What about those who received and printed them? Recently worked in a hostile environment. Printed many of my bosses emails in case I needed them at a later date. Yes, HD’s and servers can be wiped. Saved emails on other devices or printed can’t be.

I had high hopes that an improved pass rush would impact on our pass defense. The Bills didn’t blitz once during the game, yet PM was hurried most of the game causing him to miss open receivers and make hurried throws. The pass rush allowed our Dbacks to focus on defending the pass instead of having to worry about RB’s getting past the LOS and into the secondary. I was most impressed with the tackling. I don’t remember a missed tackle all night. The defense was swarming, getting to where the ball was quickly. Tackling at the LOS was impressive also. It seemed as soon as a run was made or pass was completed, that player was engulfed by multiple defenders. Was an impressive defensive showing.

Too many good players on offense, got to spread the ball around. When he first got here, Brown and McKenzie were the other top WR’s. Now we have Diggs, Sanders, Davis, Knox….. Someone has to see less balls. He’s still part of our offense and will make plays for us. Just not as many as over the last few years.

He’s an embarrassment to broadcasters everywhere. He knows what he’s saying isn’t factual, but feels the need to ruin the broadcast with his horse manure. Whats worse is Michaels didn’t even try to reel him in. Honestly, these two have been my least favorite for some time. Collingsworth is a D-nozzle extraordinaire, and Michaels built a career off a single call - “do you believe in miracles”.

I think they gave the rest of the league an idea on how to stop mahomes. As long as you have the athletic players to execute the game plan. I also think KC’s offense has regressed and most importantly, their defense has bottomed out. Statistically their D may not rank last on the league, but their play is darn close!

What’s awesome is the Bills held them to just 7 points after halftime! Thats how you win games!!
