Question on how ticket resales work with Ticketmaster…
WotAGuy replied to blacklabel's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There is an option to transfer the tickets by text or email. Click My Tickets at the bottom and then open those tickets and you should see an option to transfer. -

Given you don’t live where all this outrage (for you) is taking place, I would think you’d be a happier camper. -

I wondered that too ever since he sat in the stands near us at a Bills game some years ago. -
What was the walk into the stadium like?
WotAGuy replied to The Tomcat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Left Cuse about 7:30, got to a lot near corner of Southwestern and California about 10:15. The walk in was very entertaining as always. Not overly crowded, but a few people had parked in the stadium lots and were going against the flow with coolers to the offsite lots to party. Was in line about 15 minutes before the gates opened. The first guy in our line had a clear bag loaded with crap and security went through it like a dog had sniffed a bomb. Meanwhile, you could have strapped a case of Genny pounders to your body and gotten through super quick. -

Why can't Tribisky be the holder on place kicks?

QBs are too important and their time in practice too valuable to use it practicing holding. -

That bum must have walked around the field ten times during pregame warmups, basking in the adoring fans’ admiration. I take back my ‘thumbs up’ you ******. -
Since Schoop and Bulldog are relentlessly off the rails, this seems like the perfect thread to mention the best pregame show ever was when Jeremy White and Sully were on from 8-10 or so back in the drought days. Radio gold.

Same reason you gotta get to the airport two hours before boarding time. Security and one person doing the work of three. -

Has GBID been here with the “would ya” post yet? -
There was also a big lot on California that had a paved path down to the creek with a bridge over the creek. Wondering if that is still in use.

California Road isn’t bad; if you hustle out of the stadium you can be on the road and not hit the backup that starts on the Thruway just east of the 400. I can usually be back in the Syracuse area by the end of the 4:00 game.

No, he would be our long ball threat. 🤣

Thanks for posting this. I enjoyed watching this game that I remember all too well. The amazing thing to me was how few commercial breaks there were back then. There were a couple TDs that they didn’t go to commercial after. Even though the recording didn’t include the commercials for the most part, the number of breaks compared to today’s broadcasts is stark.
