But you were kinda putting down what Mahomes is doing. He doesn’t have his LT, pro bowl C, McCoy, Hill, Watkins have been hurt and he’s still producing. Also, his defense is ? so he is under crazy pressure to carry them. imagine if the Bears drafted him.

Such a confusing take. And even if somehow made sense, how much different is KC than Buffalo? Why is the guy from California (Allen) more of a Buffalo guy? Jim Kelly was from Pittsburgh and hated the idea of coming to Buffalo. Stevie Johnson was from Oakland and loved Buffalo (though to some, he wasn’t a Buffalo guy).

I tend to agree AT is the better all around receiver. And to think he went Undrafted and was just a local guy for them. Yeah, that’s a good point. Personally, I’d tell the play to shut up and play. Then you can trade them in the offense. Diggs benefits from playing too. but I’m sure it’s all water under the bridge now.

The saying is more qbs are ruined than made. I know people hate him but Josh Rosen literally was given no chance to succeed. I have questions about the offensive talent around Allen but he has the huge benefit of having a great defense so he never really has to carry the team.

A lot of people do this a lot but you don’t have to always compare players. They benefit from playing with each other. Good offenses have multiple threats. It’s why Sammy (it’s sad he is made out of glass) got $16 million. John Brown would be a more dangerous receiver if we had another legit threat across from him.

Still never got why a team with SB hopes was going to trade one of their best players in the middle of the season. And i got Diggs for Greg Olsen 2 weeks ago in fantasy. ?

Also playing with a top 2 defense instead of one of the worst probably is a good situation for a young QB too.

I just don’t think he has consistent mechanics and it results in poor throws. The Jets game wasn’t just in him but if we didn’t have our defense, it could have Been over at halftime. He also seems to have quarters when he is good 4th quarter Jets, 2nd quarter Giants I believe, and then other quarters when it is hard to watch. Guys like Brady, Brees, Manning, etc are so good because they have consistent mechanics. Allen’s best skills are his arm strength and improvising. But that results in poor throws and decisions (like taking big hits). But i have seen improvement but not enough to say we have a franchise guy yet. Allen, playing with our defense, is in a great situation most young qbs get. It’s like the Mitch T with the bears. He is along for the ride and I think Allen is right now as well. I want the guy is leading us to points in the first half and games are over at halftime.
