Yeah, you’re definitely selling him short. Tannehill and Stafford???? Lawrence? But $10 million/ year at least plus for a guy with 9 sacks in 2 years who has major injury issues is a big scary. I’d like to think McDermott could find a young hungry guy in the draft who is on the rise or a FA who is trending up and doesn’t have the name recognition. I definitely think he is a top 5 guy and Seattle’s system hold him back. But there is zero doubt he is a weirdo. I believe when the defense was awesome, a lot of guys didn’t like him. I think while he is super weird, he doesn’t want to be disliked by Seattle forcing for forcing his way out so that’s why he is doing this whole passive aggressive thing.

Mostly agree with this but there’s a few guys who should have a big say in it. As much as we over analyze team building, it all comes down to the qb position. The Bills with 2019 Allen were frisky. The bills with 2020 Allen are SB contenders. If he plays at this level for a couple more years and something happens with SM, I definitely think he deserves a say. As someone who spent a lot of time in Brooklyn and became a “Nets” fan when they moved there, this is such an unlikable team. I hate what Harden did. I just can’t believe how many people are cool with whatever at backup. This is a SB contender that could win games if they had a decent backup. The Pats drafted Jimmy G in the 2nd and crackhead Mallett in the 3rd with Brady. The Saints signed Winston. The Colts paid Brissett a good amount of money. I just think kee coldly do so much better than Barkley (nice guy, good teammate), Fromm, & Davis. I know people hate him but Newton could win games on this team if god forbid Allen got hurt.
