  1. Ha, Bills games they look at every catch in the slowest of slo mo. Nobody gets that break.
  2. I love how every offensive or defensive play will be a reason to be critical of the Bills. Eagles WRs definitely bailed out Hurts on that drive. and the 49ers D doesn’t just give you much
  3. Oh my, Jay Glazer says there’s a real chance Kelce misses the game. Back injury Friday in practice. They need to see him run in warmups. That would be the ultimate lucky break for Cincinnati.
  4. I didn't think Hurts would be all that good in the NFL, but I was wrong. Obviously. He seems very chill, i don't picture him puking before games to get the nerves out. I know he's a bit injured (shoulder) but i think he comes out and plays a good game today. Eagles 27 49ers 17
  5. Since i bet on KC +1 earlier in the week I'll be rooting for that to hit. I just can't fathom Cinci beating the Mahomes led Chiefs 4 straight times including 2 AFC Championship games AT Arrowhead. It sure seems like we're due for a KC win here...
  6. I read an article this morning that the Bengals intentionally target players with big game CFP experience. That’s part of their MO. Doesn’t make them more physical necessarily, but they feel it gives them an edge in big playoff games. Kind of interesting. Of course having Burrow makes it all go.
  7. I put a few bucks on the Eagles tomorrow. I think they are good, but for this game I refuse to believe a 7th round rookie QB will go the distance. This is a tough opponent for the Niners and I think Philly will take advantage of hosting this game.
  8. It sucks that we have already been knocked down as the Chiefs main rival. It’s now the Bengals. When next season starts the Bills will prob be lumped in with the Ravens, Chargers, Jags, etc. Maybe even picked by some to finish 2nd in the AFC East. Possibly with lower expectations and fewer injuries the team will overperform in the playoffs should they get there.
  9. Eh, it’s excuses. they didn’t have the leadership and assassin mentality during the week to do whatever it took to beat Cinci. They didn’t seize the moment during an 3 hour block of time and take it seriously enough. They figured being “home” would take care of things. I blame McDermott,, and pin some on Frazier and Dorsey, and to be honest the team leaders as well. They lollygagged during the week and Cincinnati was incensed and ready to pound the Bills.
  10. The D can’t fall to pieces in every playoff loss. At some point the guy in charge of it has to be held accountable.
  11. I’m going to play the card that the Bills will underperform next season. Prob sneak in as a wild card. Then with no pressure of high expectations they may go on a little run.
  12. At the tailgate before the game i said to the group if we lose, i hope it’s not another soul crushing loss like 13 seconds. Just lose in a normal fashion so there’s not one play or one situation we can point to that caused the loss. Well the Bills delivered! and then some by getting blown the heck out. But having a few days to think about it, at least after 13 seconds i felt like we were the best team, and so very close. After this Cincinnati game, i feel like the Bills window has peaked and we’re sliding down the other side of the mountain now. So this is arguably worse.
  13. In these blowout games, no team is as good as they look and no team is as bad. This was a terrible plan by Bills coaches, terrible execution by the players... and a terrific plan by the Bengals. Plus Burrow executed at a high level. He's really good. As the saying goes, Burrow may be a slightly better QB, but Allen is the better all around football player and that's not debatable. I think the Chiefs are going to expose the Cincinnati Oline unlike the Bills.
  14. Apparently, Brady was saying that playing in light snow, slippery conditions is great for offense. All you do is play pitch and catch. CB's and edge rushers can't get their footing. Well, that explains why our DB's were watching Burrow play catch with his receivers and our Dline didn't even touch Joe. It's astounding how bad our coaching was on that day.
  15. Awesome game plan. Let's back up and watch the Cincinnati receivers catch the ball. Then on a slippery field, we will try to tackle dudes.
  16. It’s gonna piss me off a bit if the city of Cincinnati is having a parade in a few weeks. I always thought that Buffalo would have one before them. We shall see i guess . But the Bengals are a problem now and over the next few seasons for the AFC.
  17. It was definitely trending that way. But maybe in some strange way that would have worked out better. Then our team would've prepared differently to avoid a repeat beat down. Maybe the revenge factor would have worked to Buffalo's advantage. That was such a thorough destruction last Sunday it likely would not have mattered how it all played out.
  18. Good, get the hell out...both of them.
  19. I agree and that's why I posted in this thread. This wasn't a "bad day". This was completely unprepared and a lack of compete. This goes right to McDermott...and over to Frazier/Dorsey as well. I know Bean talks about disappointing, but privately he's likely fuming at what he witnessed.
  20. It was bad news for the Jets/Mia/NE that Buffalo was humiliated like that in the Divisionals. Instead of accomplishing their goals and maybe taking their "foot off the gas", the Bills will be on a mission again, maybe as AFC underdogs this time. I suspect KC and Cincinnati will be co-Super Bowl favorites for next season and Buffalo will be lumped in there with the Ravens, Chargers, Jax, etc.. I think the Jets and Miami definitely could push for the AFC East title but we still have the best QB in his prime.
  21. Simply put, the team had a 3 hour block of time to play at a high level, win and continue to fulfill their goals. They failed miserably. An NFL playoff team, the Super Bowl favorite for much of the season can’t have a “bad day” in their home stadium. No consequence for me… but pretty bad consequences for the players and coaches involved.
  22. Ah let’s face it, last season they should have sh*t canned McDermott and hired offensive minded Daboll to be the head coach. It’s a pipe dream of course but in retrospect he would’ve been a solid choice to transition away from McDungy.
  23. Yup. Our Super Bowl blew up with 13 seconds. We all knew it then and it still sucks now. The Bills O was unstoppable. They just had to get past that game. Cinci wasn’t as good then as they are today. We totally blew it. Should have 1 SB and now history says we won’t get it with this regime.
