  1. Sounds like Miami have themselves a helluva coaching staff. Unfortunately for us Bills fans, I think Miami is legit and not going away.
  2. Some Tweets from Bills players wading in the snow are starting to show up and it doesn't look good. These guys who live in the Southtowns near the stadium are snowed in (34+ inches and counting). I have no idea how they will get to the airport if they can't get out of their own driveways.
  3. Ugh, this news. Cleveland by 13.
  4. Have you all noticed that since Nov. 4th, the Bills, Sabres and UB Football (who were all winning up until then)… are a combined 0-11 ? November has been just brutal for the local teams.
  5. Doomed!!
  6. No practice- advantage Browns. Shoulda' left for Detroit yesterday as some of us said in real time.
  7. Orchard Park is getting hit pretty hard by the band this morning. Again,, how are these guys all supposed to get to practice? the Browns have an advantage in that regard as their Fri-Sat won’t be as disrupted. I know Beane wanted to maintain the normal routine of flying out Saturday. i think they should’ve left yesterday as soon as the announcement was made.
  8. How are the Bills getting all their players to practice Friday, and how are they all getting to an airplane on Saturday? Seems like Cleveland may have a logistics and practice advantage leading up to the game in Detroit. Less disruptions and distractions.
  9. Sometimes it’s not about who you play, but when you play them. And the Bills played Tennessee at a good time. I wouldn’t want to play them now.
  10. I hate the Titans but they are well coached and have an identity. They would’ve beaten Kansas City if Tannehill played that game. All they needed was a completion or two and that Willis guy wasn’t up to it.
  11. I said that earlier in another thread. i’d be livid. I would demand playing Tua in a windy freezer environment.
  12. Looked at flights from the DC area, pricey. Wonder if any bad snow would be on my route if i drive?
  13. Chubb was saying he never played in a snow game in his life, but he was excited for it. I guess they haven’t had a real snow game in Cleveland yet since he’s been there. But it’s not so much the snow as the cold and wind. No one wants to be outside for 3-4 hours in that playing football. 72 degrees in a dome feels better on the bones.
  14. For those think Buffalo airport could be snowed in, that’s true. But they could, however, use Niagara Falls airport. It’s out of the target zone of main lake effect. You just have to be able to get there. Back in the 70’s my parents came back from Europe on a charter during heavy snow and the plane landed at Niagara Falls since it was clear there.
  15. That's excellent. I always liked AJ and glad he will now get a Super Bowl ring.
  16. Not having to deal with those steady 20-30mph winds on Sunday will be pretty sweet,, for both teams. Nobody likes that when it's only a high of 27 forecasted.
  17. Again, the stadium could be domed now and they still likely move it. There will be an emergency travel ban. They just don't want 68,000 drunk lunatics driving around and having to take police, Sheriff, first responders, etc.. away from actual emergencies. So really, the stadium should have been in Downtown, maybe not in the target zone of most Lake effect.
  18. Next question, when are the Bills gonna leave for Detroit? Don't see any big charters coming or going today on Flightradar. Or would they bus over asap.
  19. Nice. I would’ve been bummed if this was a game vs a warm weather team like Miami. But Cleveland knows how to handle the elements just like Buffalo. I don’t think either team would have an advantage in the snow over the other.
  20. Yep. This season they've been flying on Delta 767's and they usually come from hubs JFK or Detroit. Maybe there's a couple planes sitting around today, waiting to be fired up....and an available crew too!
  21. This is the hesitancy. If the heavy lake effect was through Sat night into Sunday, moving would be a no brainer. But the NFL prob knows the weather will be fine on gameday. What makes it tough is the media throwing out "Historic" snow and at least one even suggested this could rival the largest snowfall in a couple days on record.
  22. What about the Over-Officious jerks? (oh sorry, the Referees). Are you gonna make them leave their insurance jobs a day early to get there?
  23. Maybe they could actually move the players/coaches/equipment trucks, etc... BEFORE the 3 inch per hour snow starts to fall? Just maybe that would be the smart thing to do?! Otherwise just say the game will be played in OP regardless.
  24. The thing is,,, are they gonna wait until the worst possible weather conditions to move all the Bills players/coaches/equipment/gear over to Detroit? I mean the big event starts later tonight so this is the worst possible timing. They kind of need to mobilize now i would think,,, (if they are really planning to move it).
  25. A lot of people seem to think a game in Detroit (no weather or wind) would benefit the Bills over the Browns. If it happens, i sure hope so. They still would have to stop the Browns running game and Nick Chubb on a dry track. Don't want to hear any excuses about injuries, travel, illness, adversity, routines disrupted, etc... Bills just need to win the darn game.
