NFL Kickoff 2025: Dallas at Philadelphia (no Bills discussion, please)

Elam seems to show up on the scene after some nice Eagles plays. He has a good seat out there to watch the game. -
NFL Kickoff 2025: Dallas at Philadelphia (no Bills discussion, please)

Fun game so far. I’m sure Dak will take the spit to get Carter outta there. Dak and Hurts both look better than most of last season when they were banged up. Hurts still got his team the SB but it always seemed like he was in pain and didn’t run well much of the season. -
2025 U.S. Open - **update Jessica Pegula (4 seed) now in semifinals

Yeah I recall CBS televised the U.S. Open all those years and didn't show 4pm games. Nowadays the NFL has become a monster and consumes all the other sports as a snack (as per ratings and ad revenue). I believe the Open is on ESPN/ABC. CBS is showing Lions at Packers Sunday at 4:25 so that will get many more eyeballs and interest than tennis. -
So right out of the gate, WR Coleman, who is predicted to be one of the breakout players of the year suddenly has a groin issue. Those things linger. And Shakir in practice video yesterday certainly did not look 100% on the gimpy high ankle. Then you have Bass and the other guys. Football is so frustrating that so many guys get injuries and soft tissue problems in practice. Not just the Bills, but all teams.

Isaiah Likely to be out for the Bills Ravens game.

Its' going to be the battle of two AFC Tight ends who's seasons ended in the most horrific manner. Mark Andrews vs Dalton Kincaid -
Week 1, Nevermores v. Bills, PREDICT THE SCORE!

Ravens get their revenge on SNF. We return the favor in the AFCCG. Ravens 27 Bills 24 -
So dumb. Maybe they lose and never wear those dumb blue monochrome track suits again. I've said for years, the primary home uni should be blue over white. Maybe mix in the red jersey once in a while or the alternate frozen uni for this season. But man, i hate the blue blue look.

I was getting a chill while Josh was describing the Bills SB parade in fine detail. What a sports tragedy it will be if he (we) never experience it with this version of the team. My only surprise from the series is they never featured Keon Coleman at all. He’s another goofball of sorts and a fun guy and not a peep from him. Maybe it’s good he’s all football this summer.

So what's the deal with Sabalenka, has Pegula ever beaten her? Is Jess the tennis equivalent of the Buffalo Bills and Sabalenka the KC Chiefs...and this is like the AFCCG? -
Fantasy Football - Draft Discussion Only

I'm in four leagues but for the one I really care about I'll list the week 1 roster below. In this 10 player (PPR) league, QB's are very important as they rack up a lot of points. Allen and Lamar went by the 2nd round. QB - Joe Burrow RB- Jahmyr Gibbs RB- TreVeyon Henderson WR- Ladd McConkey WR- Terry McLaurin TE- Tyler Warren Flex- Jameson Williams Flex- Austin Ekeler DST- Vikings K- Cam Little Bench Chris Olave- WR Keon Coleman- WR Trey Benson- RB Braelon Allen- RB Rashod Bateman- WR Tua Tagovailoa- QB -
I’ve always liked and appreciated Knox’s game. Maybe he is a more integral part of the passing game this season. Of course we’d like to see Kincaid show up. No Tight End ended their seasons in such disappointing fashion as Kincaid and Mark Andrews. Interesting that they meet up in week 1. You want to see what a real blue chip Tight End looks like from day 1? Watch Tyler Warren in Indianapolis. He’s going to burst on the scene like LaPorta. That’s assuming Danny Dimes can throw him some decent passes.

I’ve already mentioned how devastating it is for the man personally. He may never be able to prove himself and he seemed like a great dude and fun person. But i’m sorry to say the pick is likely another bust on Beane’s resume.
-
This really stinks for him personally. As for the Bills it seems like they have a glut of D linemen and the guys on suspension too. I think the team will be fine but i feel badly for him.

She smoked someone in the Qtrs I've never heard of in straight sets 6-1, 6-2. Time to start paying attention again. Always fun in the post game interview on court when they ask her about the Bills and upcoming season, and there are ton of Bill fans in the crowd cheering. She says Bills fans are everywhere she goes around the world and are huge supporters.

Just horrendous in the biggest of moments. Arch needs a QB guru coach. His mechanics suck. Too many misses on short throws, too much side arm crap while he's standing there flat footed. He has a lot to learn that's for sure.
-
Arch has a long way to go to be the #1 overall pick they've been touting recently. But it's a tough opponent, nice TD pass late. I can't believe the lengthy replay review on the TD catch by Texas. It seemed like an obvious catch to me. Sure the ball switched hands a bit on the roll over but i didn't see it touch ground.

I actually read about this a few weeks ago. Fox owns the majority media rights for BigTen football. Fox has invested millions into their Big Noon Kickoff brand. They go on site and use all their main tv personalities for the pregame and the game. Noon is the most watched CFB window over the past 4-5 years. They are not moving off that time slot for their big game each week. They also realize that in primetime, you have to compete with the big top 25 matchups on ABC, ESPN, NBC and they want the Big Noon Kickoff all to themselves. Doesn't mean they will have the only important noon game, but it will usually be a relevant B10 game or rivalry game. So that's your answer from what i recall.

I think it's a real longshot for Lamar or Allen to win the MVP this season. Lamar has two MVP's and behind the scenes not many want to award him a third until they at least make a SB. Playoffs don't factor in to this award but there is a carryover in the minds of voters from the prior year(s). Josh having just won it, would have to do something extraordinary to win back to back. I don't think that happens. Keep an eye on one of the other big names to win MVP this season,, Mahomes, Burrow, Daniels, Hurts, etc.. Again, MVP is obviously the most important NFL accolade and sets a player up for earning HOF induction someday. They like to spread this around to reward players that could be worthy of that distinction.

I had the Bulls +17.5 and under 43.5 total. im pleased with my personal win in that regard. Hopefully the Bulls offense shows much better when they play similar opponents. I’m sure it will. The D was good

Is he really that radioactive? i mean he’s a dumbass but doesn’t seem to prevent other teams from signing guys like this
-
All i ask is when the game is on the line and it's first down or bust, having some easy dink & dunk plays in your arsenal to convert is nice to have...Like Mr. Andy Reid calls quite often. We don't need a frozen rope down the field into a tiny window., or a drop back that needs 4-5 seconds of pass protection.

*****, just seeing all the details on the jersey up close, now i have to drop some $$$ and get one. They have me.
-
They are pretty cool in the still photos where you can see the detail. On TV during the game they will look just okay, nothing spectacular. Which game are they wearing these for? I guess it has to be a cold game.
