The problem with this drawn out draft process is that you start developing an attachment to certain players and your team can't draft everyone you like. Baker is this kind of player for me this year. We could draft any of the other top 4 QBs and I would be bummed we didn't draft this kid.

Ugh. The first draft ever was held in Feb. I wish they didn't feel the need to spread everything out too much and the draft could just happen the first week of April, this whole spreading out the offseason is such a pain.

The NFLN scenario is best-case for their franchise. They could come away from 2 trades with 3 first round picks and multiple second and third rounders. It would be foolish not to do this, they could completely remake their team in a single offseason.

Doing this whole process without an agent is just dumb; it'll cost him at least half a round in draft position.

There is no RB worth 17M. You can replace that production with 2 decent RBs for way less. It's the one position where redundancy makes more sense than a superstar.
