  1. That sound you just heard overhead… that was the joke just barely missing you.
  2. And that’s coming from someone who is pro-Spector!
  3. Williams injured his elbow. Came back for the last drive. Spector cannot play in the NFL.
  4. He also ate Frank Ragnow alive, drawing holding calls and at one point bull rushing over Ragnow then continuing to crawl his way over Ragnow’s corpse to Goff for the half-sack.
  5. I feel deeply sorry for anyone who truly believes this.
  6. Yes. Concerning, hopefully just a stinger and unrelated.
  7. Williams hurt his elbow.
  8. Oliver wrecked the game whenever he was in there. Gotta give him one too Hap.
  9. I think those were his options. Probably shouldn’t have given him the choice.
  10. Spencer Brown played one of the best games I’ve ever seen from an o lineman. Just wait until the tape comes out folks - he put on a clinic today. Insane. Ed Oliver Josh the Alien
  11. This game came down to third down defense and the blocked punt. McD’s weird decisions and the weird officiating were factors in the loss but not the main ones.
  12. I will check out some of his other ones with an open mind.
  13. That’s fine but it’s basically just a video of a guy showing us the all-22 and saying Allen is awesome. There’s no real analysis here. I get that the snow made everything less precise but maybe walk us through the route combinations? The way the plays were designed to attack specific coverages? Allen’s eyes and footwork? Anything??
  14. Going against the grain here a bit but I thought Hamlin was the worst player on defense Sunday night. (I know, Oliver struggled but it was not a game for a penetrating 3T to shine). Hamlin was really bad.
  15. “Look at this, look at it. Look.”
  16. The worst job I ever had was in college my junior year summer. Buddy and I got a job working at at a kiosk in a mall trying to get people to sign up for free tickets to win something related to a time share. Got paid based on number of verified real signups. We tried many different strategies for getting strangers to fill out their real names and addresses. One day the soul sucking job got to us and we went and got drunk at the Ruby Tuesdays and left the tickets out on the desk, came back to the most signups ever. So that was the day we realized that the less involved we were, the less we tried to insert ourselves into the process, the better we did. The Sabres’ only hope is for Terry to some day come to that same realization.
  17. Can I answer in February…
  18. Get the papers, get the papers.
  19. Yeah maybe. I don't read too much into divisional games, they're often close and wonky because the teams know each other so well.
  20. I don't share your optimism there. I think the Detroit game is the "medicine" game before the playoffs where they are humbled and realize they need to take things up a notch for the stretch run. The Bills aren't really built to stop an offense like that one but they'll need to find some solutions before they face Baltimore and KC (with Pacheco and Humphries this time) in January.
  21. We live in a very divided society and it’s great whenever something like an epically idiotic take like this one can unite us.
  22. If ever there were a game to use Williams it was this one - defense was focused on stopping the run, and receivers couldn't engage in double moves (Williams' achilles heel). Just pin your ears back and attack the ball carrier. But I guess they wanted to let Milano knock off the rust. Ended up not mattering.
