There will be your first three picks, almost certainly. Order will depend on their big board, but it will be WR, MLB, and swing tackle.

Now there's your beast back! Great signing if he can stay healthy. Good job Beane.

The Cincy game & its affect on how we view the team
JMM replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
Looking back, it's almost amazing they went 13-3. And the Miami playoff game a bit misleading, easily could and probably should have been a blowout at half. They were spent emotionally though no doubt. Cincinnati had a tremendous emotional advantage, but they were the better team that day and physically dominated us. It is what it is. The Bills are still a top 5 team on paper right now. We could flame out next year and not even make the playoffs. We ALSO could just as easily win it all. Not many teams can realistically say that. I'm looking forward to a season where we don't have all the crazy expectations and I think the team and especially Josh is going to have a huge chip on his shoulder. We shall see. Still think we have a bright future and will win one, if not two SB with Allen. -
The Cincy game & its affect on how we view the team

Great writeup, but this is WAAAY too reasonable for this board! Don't you know that we are in free fall, the window has closed and McDermott/Beane are failures? 🙄🙄🙄 -
THANK YOU. Been watching since 68! Were we are now is incredible compared to the rest of the history of this franchise. A QB going into his prime on a HOF path, one of the acknowledged best HC/GM combos, and a great owner willing to do whatever it takes. Have we accomplished the goal. No but for God's sake some of these posts are absolutely ridiculous. I'm enjoying this, hasn't been so much fun since the Kelly days. Please take a breath, get some perspective and ENJOY this!!

Congrats to Maine. Good kid and was a good Bill. Just not good enough. Perhaps he will reach his potential with the Bears but I doubt it. And that contract is a massive overpay, even understanding that this is the norm in FA.
-
We simply could not afford that with our cap. Just not worth that money.
-
Is that so? Who's their qb? Who is ours? In the NFL that's EVERYTHING. Stop.
-
Geez the panic. We have Josh Allen, just going into his peak years. Despite everything last year, we were 13-3. Vegas has our odds as 2nd or 3rd best to win it all next year. We have one of the best HC/GM combos in the league and one of the best owners. As one future Jet Aaron Rodgers once famously said: R.E.L.A.X.

Matt Milano Contract Extension, as per Adam Schefter

THIS! Having been through the Ralph years this is the crucial difference, along with a quality coach/gm of course -
Not likely but if there Kincaid all day. Matchup nightmare. Beane alluded to him the other day

Leslie Frazier "taking a year off from coaching" per Bills PR
JMM replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Oh no we might not win the D regular season championship again, no banner. Darn. Now let's talk about the playoffs D last 3 years...this change needed to happen -

JMM replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Exactly. This was at the very least a mutual decision. -
Because he is only "taking a year off" . So he'll be named the interim DC. It's all BS to protect Leslie's golden parachute

How did he do in the playoffs last 3 years? That important? But ohh those regular season stats... -
It's going to be Holcomb. He won't get the title since Leslie will retain that title until next year. All a show of course. Leslie is gone. This year if he does well Holcomb will get the title.

Taking a year off... yea right. He's gone. This was McDermott just letting him go in a nice way. Let's see how it goes. -
Elaborate. You think we have his replacement on the roster? Dodson was not very good. So you mean we will sign someone in FA? Slim pickings and expensive.
-
He would be a loss, but definitely replaceable. However it means that we pretty much have to use one of first three picks on MLB, which causes more limitations for us.
-
This would be a tremendous draft but JSN is not making it to 20 let alone 27.

From the Athletic this AM: "But they kept working at it, just as they had since picking it up from the Bills, who ran it with great success in the teams’ 2022 Divisional Round matchup. “Every time it gets called, I’m just upstairs thinking if they can just plant and stay up right, it’s a tough reaction going full speed for the defense,” Bleymaier said. “That footing is key.” Eventually Toney and Skyy Moore, who scored a touchdown the second time the Chiefs ran the play against the Eagles, were able to execute it just as they had since the late spring. Back then, assistant quarterbacks coach David Girardi and running backs coach Greg Lewis introduced it to the staff on film, and offensive line coach Andy Heck installed it, along with the running game attached to it. The coaches liked it because they had observed Buffalo’s execution of it presented multiple options for throws. And the players liked it because it seemed like it could present an opportunity for plenty of touchdowns." Think we missed Dabs?? Reid is a genius no doubt, but I found this quite interesting. Now to the guys on the board that study the all-22 or do breakdowns, did we use this "short motion" this year near the goaline?? I don't recall it, would be quite an indictment of Dorsey if he didn't use it or pulled it from playback.

REID. Wow. A clinic. You have Reid with Josh, we'd have two SB appearances by now. Minimum

This is starting to feel like a game in which Philly should have won big, and now Mahommes and Reid will find a way to win it
