  1. Yeah, bad day for the coaches and their gameplan. Can't make me believe the entire 53 man roster was "prepared" and they looked like that.
  2. It's called coaching, thankfully the same guys will be back to give you more of the same next year. I can't wait....
  3. I know paying Edmunds and Oliver is the wrong move, unless they take very team friendly deals, which they probably won't. Coaching is the biggest issue, but that seems to be off the table. My off-season theme would be "Discomfort", I wouldn't want a single man on the team to feel comfortable.
  4. Poyer will be more injured next year than he was this one. Also, I could see players fleeing from Frazier.
  5. Exactly my thoughts, I don't care about the talent, the Bills are talented enough player personnel wise. I have zero faith in the coaches to put them in the best position to win. We will make the playoffs and get outcoached by the better teams. I'll get optimistic when the search for new coordinators start.
  6. The offensive plan on Sunday was...well offensive to say the least. Is keep McDermott but after that anyone is fair game.
  7. Barkley will never get out of the Giants building.
  8. Or the important question, How do your coaches still have a job?
  9. I agree but this is season #2 that has ended on bad coaching. The first time we played KC in the AFCCG I do feel we were not as good as them on a team level. So if we keep these same coaches how many chances do they get to "get it right" in the playoffs? You only get so many years, wasting them on unprepared coaches is unacceptable.
  10. I wonder what happened to the years when we had the advantage of having a QB on a rookie contract...oh that's right Beane and McDermott couldn't get it done then either.
  11. Yes, eventually they will be so tired of gaining yards they will get bored and lose focus! The offensive gameplan was just as bad as the defensive one. Defense gave up 30+ first downs and the offense made a living on 3 and out. It was horrible from opening play to the final one.
  12. We will make it, then we will get outcoached...again. Eventually no good playerS will come here, winners don't sign up to play for losing coaches.
  13. I could almost agree, but the loss is 100% on the coaches. If we lost 30-27 because we didn't have Von to get to Burrow on the last drive, that would make sense. Fact is the Bills looked like a JV team, the gameplan was non existent. Absolutely no way you let that slide, if you don't make coaching changes you are letting them know this effort is acceptable.
  14. 100%, like I said, I would give McDermott one more year, but his coordinators heads would roll. If new coordinators produced the same result, he could leve with them after next season.
  15. They knew Trey wouldn't be 100% this season just like Von won't be next year. And to the OP if 1 or 2 non QB injuries tank your season that's a huge problem.
  16. McDermott has done well in Buffalo, but if you think this staff should have a permanent job because the team sucked for so long, well you are wrong, that simple. McDermott should at least be firing some coordinators and position coaches. Absolutely no way tou are that unprepared for that big of a game and just go "things happen" and move on. If you are cool with losing because it happened so often previously, that's good for you. I'm not.
  17. I don't blame Diggs, every year ends with a coaching nightmare. This year was worse than others, the players had to see that they were completely unprepared gameplan wise.
  18. What's the definition of insanity again? If the OP thinks rolling into 2023 our coaching sideline should look the same he is foolish.
  19. If I was Pegula I would demand new coordinators and make it clear if the team continues to look unprepared McD would be next. This was an absolute joke for a coaching job. Insert whatever excuse you like but the team on the other side seemed to have all the answers and the Bills had none.
  20. I can't think of a big game this staff hasn't gotten out coached in.
  21. I'm assuming you mean the 1-2 low character guys will wreck the entire locker room? If that's the case you had a weak culture anyways. They need to try something different, we either get embarrassed or are in the wrong end of the "game of the year" every year, not a good spit to be in.
  22. I would have called his agent in the 3rd quarter...lol
  23. I would take KCs defense, and quite a few others over the Bills, they rank lower but they make plays. They play safe and then get in a big game and get run over, a healthy White and Milano are the only defensive guys we should care about keeping.
  24. Every team you mentioned has a Head Coach I'd take over ours, outside of the Chargers. Jaguars will beat the Bills in the playoffs next year and if the Dolphins can get a QB we will not win the division. Bills time is almost out unless major changes come.
