  1. No, I am not off my meds, just using my brain. I am not sure what this conversation has to do with MacKenzie, but OK. Clearly a whole different set of issues there, but sorry to confuse you. The very last time Antonio Williams played and was effective was the final game of the 2020 season against a Miami team that had clearly given up. He was not productive in preseason this year and was not productive when he was active. He did not play because he is not very good. Your opinion is half baked at best. Do you have any actual facts to back up your half baked opinion? As far as signing him first day on the job, look around. Every team is signing their bottom of the roster, future practice squad guys at this time. Every team. The bills are obviously moving on from a guy who has not been able to make an imact in spite of two years of opportunity. Maybe he can impact the Giants, who are not remotely close to the Bills in terms of established talent. The Bills will have plenty of new camp fodder for fans to drool over next year. Now, if you have any rational argument to make to any of that, with actual facts not half baked opinions and insults, have at it. Otherwise, go rev up your black helicopter somewhere else.
  2. Yes. There was a conspiracy of Beane and McD and the other coaches to keep Williams off the field although he was clearly superior to other options. Schoen knows the truth! Or it could be that Bills management knows better than the fans and that the Giants depth is no5 as Good so Williams has a better opportunity there.
  3. I think it is pretty obvious at this point that the call was for a kick within the field of play to force KC to handle the ball but it was not executed correctly. Some do not want to accept that this was a simple mistake and not some massive failure of strategy or leadership because it does not fit their desired narrative. McDemott answered the question of this point as honestly as he could. I will be glad when we can return to rational discussion around here rather than childish emotions.
  4. Yes. Going back in my hole now to re-emerge when rational thought returns.
  5. I doubt that MacKenzie is interested in staying at this point. He had a rough year with McD and it sounds like there were lots of trust issues. This is a minor inconvenience and not a major problem. The guy had one good game. He is replaceable and being vastly overrated by the fans. We need to upgrade the skill positions not run in place by overpaying for existing players.
  6. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Go Bills.
  7. But, this genius of Sean McVay ....
  8. Well, you were not paying attention then. He has always been a jerk. That’s why he was not drafted higher. Plenty of evidence over the years of his selfishness and arrogance. You are just wrong about this.
  9. The Bills struggled against the two high shell coverage most of this year, until the past 5 or 6 weeks. Teams run it against the Bills specifically because Allen is among the best in the league at defeating pressure, and their WRs are capable of beating man. I would expect Daboll to have them prepared should they see this, but it is what I expected because that is KCs strength in the D. This is not news.
  10. Both these teams suck. Incredible.
  11. Considering he put the ball on the ground the first time he touched it last week, I would be surprised.
  12. The Bengals played for the punt on second down in that series. Their coach is playing scared. Playing small ball with TN is a recipe for failure.
  13. Its was a horrible performance by Felciano. Thankfully, he is not playing. Lots for pressure on Willams/Brown. Feliciano was playing right guard in that game. Yes, I hope he does not see the field. I feel much better about the O-Line in this game vs. last year's.
  14. Your entire argument is without facts. You do not seem to understand what facts are. Your opinion, which is all it is, lacks merit, in my opinion. I really cannot explain it any more simply than that, so I apologize if that concept remains over your head. You have absolutely no understanding of the game. That is an opinion most would agree on.
  15. Does the NFL have some provision in their bylaws that allows the owners to step in and take a control of a franchise being irresponsibly run into the ground by it owner? If so, I would have to think the Texans are living on the edge. I thought Jacksonville was bad, and they are, but the Texans are what the dumpster fire looks like when it no longer has the fuel to burn.
  16. I get your point. You are just wrong. Move to LA.
  17. Not to me. The Bills do not need that contract on a RB, especially one that cannot stay on the field. I would not trade for Saquan under any deal. I would probably be interested in a cheap deal if/when he is cut.
  18. I understand why people assume this hire puts Daboll in the drivers seat, but we really do not know anything about how Schoen feels about Daboll. I think it is a big leap to presume he is the favored candidate. I doubt Schoen would have been hired had he indicated in the interviews that he had his mind made up with out talking to any candidates.
  19. Agreed. Hightower was there to be some sort of intimidating presence against the run on D, but was trucked multiple times by both Josh Allen and Singletary in the past two games on runs, and is too slow to cover the edge or keep up with the passing game in his zones. Emblematic of the problem with NE’s defense. Willie is clueless as usual. Incapable of an original thought.
  20. Let’s not for get Frank Clark’s felony weapons charges still pending. I thought Hills deal was child abuse, but you could be right. Could be both.
  21. It is really best to just ignore him rather than give him the attention he craves. Easy to say and hard to do I know, but that is what he counts on.
  22. There are literally no standards in this society anymore. There is no reprehensible behavior that some will not excuse.
  23. It would seem they are due then.
  24. Beware a man who goes by the name Booger. Just not right.
  25. These negotiations were always going to be difficult. Lots at stake for all parties. To your point, I would be surprised if their was much downstate support for a Bills stadium. For Hochul, it’s about the quid pro quo for downstate support and her potential re-election. It would be best for all parties if this could be resolved in the current budget cycle.
