  1. You are right. Had the Ravens scored on that play, we would certainly be talking about that blatant holding non call.
  2. Yes, way too early.
  3. It was an obvious penalty. Whether it was called or not is an entirely random event depending on the perceptions and inconsistency of any particular subpar NFL crew. In this case, they got it right. Score one for the good guys. Calling it a soft call is just wrong.
  4. Too funny. He did not slam him to the ground because Josh Allen is 40 pounds heavier and 6 inches taller, combined with the fact that he stopped to watch the ball and then continued on, sapping his momentum. Obvious penalty.
  5. Here you go. https://purpleflock.com/ Have fun with your friends,
  6. Try not to take anything in the game thread seriously. It is a moronathon every week.
  7. This post actually makes no sense. In general, please excuse me if I tend to value and trust the decision making ability of a professional NFL coaching staff of a winning, even dominant team, over the the weak uninformed views of some random message board poster.
  8. That was absolutely the correct call. The rusher hesitated when the ball was thrown and then continued on to hit the QB. He knew the ball was gone and hit him anyway. Plain as day.
  9. Well, Lamar was Lamar today. Made some unbelievable plays with his legs. Threw the ball up for grabs at critical times. Completed some passes when he was unmolested. Pretty typical. MVP my butt.
  10. The Bills are 15/19 in one score games under McD. They blow out teams more often than they lose by one score. They rarely get blown out. When they lose they tend to lose small. This is a feature not a problem.
  11. This is absolutely on the Dolphins and McDaniel. He should not have been allowed in that game last week and should have been in concussion protocol and unavailable for this game. That young man will pay the price for the incompetence of the Dolphins org.
  12. Yes, you have been saying this, ad nauseam. It does not make it any more true with respect why the game was lost today. So yes, a predictable overreaction to today’s game.
  13. I knew this was coming. What took you so long. You and Scott Law and Badol should have a great discussion this week. Personally, I am out on TBD until at least Thursday. The over reactions and bad hot takes should be pretty much flushed out by then.
  14. Great drive. It certainly seems that Miami intends to punk it up today, but they will not be able to intimidate this team physically.
  15. Doogie Howser head coach wasting a time out on the first play.
  16. Just a thought …. Now that the Cheats are irrelevant I am very happy to get back to a place where I can truly hate the Dolphins, their fans, and all things Miami.
  17. Miami is a three hour drive for me and I will not go there. It is a pit of despair, poverty, traffic and trash. South Beach is fun for a while but it is likely 99% of those whining fans cannot even afford to go there. Fish fans have always been an obnoxious classless rabble. Their Buffalo Bills daddy is coming to town.
  18. That bet is going down in flames.
  19. Spot on. On D, the Bills will win or lose on the DLine. If they get Tua off his spot, force him to hold the ball even a beat, he is far less effective. I expect a number of batted passes at the line. He is not good on the run, and not good if he is out of his rhythm. Deep balls? Forget it. He will not have the time for that. I do not think the fish can run on the Bills, at all. On offense, the Dolphins simply do not match up with their D. If the Bills D does not hold up, which I do not expect, the Bills can win a shootout, but I really do not think that will be necessary.
  20. I can’t wait to see what you have to say with your tail between your legs on Monday Troll.
  21. The Bills strategy on deep passing will not change a bit nor will be hampered at all by missing Hyde. This game will be won by the Bills by pressuring Tua and not allowing him to set up and release the ball quickly. That is his game. As far as him standing in the pocket long enough to hit deep balls on the Bills - forget it. The Bills front is far better than the Miami OL. They will not be able to run. Tua is not good when playing on the move. The Bills front four will dominate, as will their linebackers. Benford and Elam are very good, as is Taron Johnson. The fact is is that Miami has not played a defense nearly as good as the Bills, even without Jackson and Hyde. I give Tua some credit for his performance last week, but the Ravens are not in the Bills class. I am so sick of this chicken little crap and the canonization if Tua based on one good quarter of football, against a mediocre team. As as far as the Bills offense against the Miami D, not even a fair fight. The Bills are deeper and better coached and have by far the better QB. Doogie Howser, Head Coach, is in for a rude awakening.
  22. Accusing others of “homerism (sic)” is really a poor excuse for an argument. The absolute fact is that Blackshear demonstrated potential largely against opponents who are now flipping burgers. He does have potential but was clearly the fourth best option at RB for the Bills, hence the practice squad. Carolina, the 0 and 2 loser team, who nobody will confuse with a contender, is seeking better depth given the performance of their roster behind the starter at this point. Too bad for the Bills, as I would like to have seen what he is capable of with a year of development with this team and staff. That still may happen, but in the meantime, this is what having a deep championship caliber roster looks like.
