To me the biggest thing she can work on is her serve. Use it more like a weapon and get some aces and cheap easy points. Her serve is not strong enough. She's sort of just getting it in there. Also work on her net game. Start taking short shots, hit them into the open court and charge the net and volley them for winners. Of course as you said eliminate unforced errors in crucial times in big matches as well.

She played well and I was really cheering for her. But I don't think she has the weapons to win a major. She has a big forehand but her other strokes are just average.

We should win handily. If we were playing last seasons Rams with Von, Donald and Leonard Floyd on the DLine I would be worried. Rams have lost alot of very good players this season (Von included) so we should win this comfortably.

So this is the evidence? One practice? Talent is not enough. You have to have luck as well. Get lucky with low number of injuries or if a key guy gets injured, his backup steps in and doesn't miss a beat. And coaches that know how to manage and call a game. All that has to come together
