  1. I’ve been following this story quite a bit as members of my family are Dolphins fans. The entire handling of Tua has been completely odd right down to putting him on IR for an injury that was listed day-to-day. What is strange is the Miami fan base who seems completely delusional. Most are completely behind Tua and think that the OL and lack of running game has let him down. If I had to take a poll, I’d guess somewhere in the high 60%’ would take Tua over DeShaun Watson. They are cool with Flores but want Grier fired for his bad drafting.
  2. I follow him too. I don’t know if he has a source. He seems to guess quite a bit. In terms of Brown, I think he’s speculating given some of the nice highlights and Cody Ford lowlights. Only move I can see is Williams moving to guard
  3. They are in an odd spot. On one hand, you want to trade him while the stock high and not low like it now. On the other hand, if he ends up indicted you might not get a chance to trade him at all. Hopefully they have good intel into the investigation
  4. Probably the same Patriots fans that called Belichick a genuine for drafting “the next Brady” in Mac Jones 4 weeks ago. Seriously though what’s the point of this - do they want BB fired?
  5. If I’m Chris Grier (and the outside chance of Flores), I know I’m probably getting fired if Miami doesn’t make the playoffs. Why protect draft picks that he might never get the chance to make?
  6. The thing is adding DeShaun Watson solves so many problems for Miami. He’ll be able to overcome a terrible OL by reading defenses, scrambling out of trouble, and making the throws to good skills players that no QB on their roster can. He’ll also get the benefit of an opportunistic defense, which you’d think should play a little better knowing that they actually have a QB to put points on the board. He probably doesn’t make Miami a Super Bowl contender but I can definitely them as a dangerous playoff team. Of course, it’s unlikely to happen because of MassageGate but I can’t figure out why more Dolphins fans aren’t clamoring for this move Houston is making it easy on the NFL. He’s going to be inactive this season unless they trade him which seems like a long shot. If Houston were to start him, he’d probably be placed on the exempt list
  7. The stuff on the WFT QB sneak on 4th and inches is probably the best play Star has made with the Bills. He absolutely blew up the blocker right into Heineke for a big loss and turnover on downs. Those are the types of plays that have been absent over his first few seasons in Buffalo
  8. I wouldn’t be shocked at all to see Trubisky get interest this off-season. To really be a “hot commodity” though he probably will need significant reps at some point this year w/o seeing meaningful snaps. Unless it’s week 18, let’s hope that doesn’t happen! I find it hard to believe that Mitch ends up in high demand after sitting his ass on the bench the entire season
  9. Mahomes Marino Watson Warner * not bad company for a QB that was supposed to be the next Blake Bortles
  10. Fine but you’re using a straw man argument. That wasn’t his original point. What can Gordon in 2021 do that Hardman can’t?
  11. I’ll say this…if Gordon cleaned up his life and produces in that offense it would make a great recovery story but he’s been out of the NFL for almost 2 seasons and has been almost 10 years removed from his All-Pro season. I think this move has less impact that signing Leveon Bell last season but who knows? Worth a shot I guess So does Blaine Gabbert. It doesn’t mean his career lived up to expectations.
  12. I can’t say for sure but I do remember reading that a big motivator for a new stadium was that the current one is not ADA complaint. Hope your dad can find a way to the game. It’s so cool he still wants to go at 87
  13. I have to say Lamar has looked pretty damn good since the start of the season. If I am Lamar, I don’t take anything less than the deal Josh signed.
  14. I think this is a valid discussion point from the game. The Bills DL didn’t have much impact against the Steelers, and dominated against Miami. Against a strong Washington OL, the individual numbers and splash plays from out DL did not appear to be there. So it made a lot of fans wonder whether the DL was really good or if they just feasted on a weaker Miami OL
  15. Why was that? Did the line just not get any push? Or was Heineke getting rid of the ball. I don’t remember seeing many blitzes so my guess is that we dropped the maximum amount of players in coverage and let the DL rush with 4
  16. LOL I wouldn’t go that far but I think the Brady vs. Belichick debate is looking more and more one-sided each week
  17. I haven’t watched him much this season but in the preseason he looked good and made Tyler Kroft look like an All-Pro
  18. Assuming that his career continues to ply out the way it has, the Bills have a REALLY tough decision when it comes to re-signing him and I think it will come down to money. In a perfect world, I have no doubt that the the team would want to bring him back. The problem is, he’s likely going to a demand a top tier LB contract. I could be wrong but I don’t think the Bills will give him that kind of deal - especially when Josh’s contract kicks and other players like Diggs get new deals. Of course, he has two years to change the narrative but if I had to put money on it, I’d bet that he continues be to a good, not great MLB He did some good things but also missed a big tackle and was out of place in coverage. Overall I’d say Edmunds is solid but he doesn’t seem to make the big game changing plays that Milano or even Tauron Johnson has this season.
  19. Yeah Houston hasn’t forced NFL to make a decision on Watson. The trade would probably force them to make a decision
  20. I hope this isn’t true because Watson fixes a lot of Miami’s issues.
  21. There’s no point in signing Josh Gordon. I’m not really sure if better than any of the top 5 WR’s on the roster at this point in his career, and he doesn’t play special teams. IMO a perfect addition (on paper) is Richie Incognito. He’s a solid veteran guard and has largely been praised as a teammate since leaving Buffalo. His play is good and he would help mentor some of our younger players. Of course reality is he left the Bills on terrible terms, and I can’t see the Bills trusting him enough to bring him in. Also it wouldn’t make sense for Oakland to trade him. But a player like that is what the offense needs before a Josh Gordon
  22. There is something beautiful about the MNF lights on that bright green astroturf. The Monday night atmosphere in Buffalo was always rocking
  23. It was an amazing game to watch. One of my good friends has season tickets. He filmed the very of the game once Buffalo won and you could see the people in the row ahead of him legit tearing up in celebration. I remember feeling certain that 2011 was the year that the streak would be broken….
  24. Congrats to Shady if correct. He was a great Buffalo Bill and probably the biggest reason why they made the playoffs in 2017
