  1. Do special teams count in that number? One team kicks out of the endzone, other team kicks to the 1 yard line could mean +50 missed tackles a year.
  2. Those interceptions in the NE game. He looks to run and gets hit a lot. He also overthrows his deep ball to avoid sacks. McD is defense. Daboll screamed at Allen on the sidelines. That backwards lateral in the playoff game, something people who take the game seriously just do not do. What's missing is a play no one in the NFL can stop, an offensive identity. Right now that's just run down the field like you are Eddie George. It takes years to develop a QB, even the best ones.
  3. I thought we weren't supposed to talk about politics?
  4. Tyrod drove down the field. Belicheck just wrote things down in his notebook. Then Brady called that timeout when the crowd went crazy on 3rd and long. After that it wasn't the same.
  5. Sometimes teams play bend don't break, even giving up a touchdown or two. Remember Pats in Buffalo against Rex and Tyrod the first time? Lure the other team into false confidence early on like a boxer in the first three rounds. Then when they back off hammer them when you can actually win.
  6. Refs called back a TD. Stars are stars because they get protection from the other team's players and calls from the league. At the pro level, everyone has talent. Make your own stars through the hype train instead of pursuing stats and other people's hype. Or call their bluff. Fill the bench up with grinders, and Hopkins and Watson retire at halftime even if you have to give up points.
  7. "Fighters come and go. Promoters and managers, always stay the same."
  8. Outside of the head coach and much less QB, everyone in the NFL is the same. Penalties and mistakes mean more than speed and size. Everyone is talented in the pros. These articles hype up players so the refs give calls and push star power. For QB, it's just about making the throws. The league will likely suspend everyone, but the team that best uses attrition, churning their bench to take out the stars of the other team, wins. They won't do it because losing with Mahomes and Brady going Hollywood makes more money than winning.
  9. What makes a good NFL WR? Staring down the ref after every play looking for a flag. Diving like a soccer player. Downfield blocking by holding your hands up while chasing someone from behind. Dropping the ball and blaming the QB. Being the decoy. Yelling at reporters in the locker room. Dancing in the endzone. Doing pizza commercials.
  10. The Washington Patawomeck Keep the same logo. Add a badge to the jersey. Work out an agreement for ownership shares and payout to local tribes. They will have the best sports book in the world. All the Feds and DC fans would go crazy.
  11. Being the darling of the league is a very underrated quality. You get calls from the officials. Players on the other team who have your agent will make it rough for anyone who hits you late. Why? Because you make everyone money. You get the confidence to really cheat. Not just on gameday. Brutal league. A lot of people can make all the throws.
  12. Curse you Buffalo. They make more money loosing. 20 years of playing Brady soft. Now they're going to open the runway for the hijab while announcers cheer on.
  13. Awful. Darlings of this privileged garbage league yet again. I hope everyone gets the flu and dies.
  14. The players of all times are in on this. It makes them a ton of money. They will regulate their own trying to win if they play the money makers too tough. It doesn't end until they make it. Pegula should be very angry and take them out for good.
  15. First Allen's downside I will not mention here. In the NFL, you can't let what Hardin and Jackson do without a response. The NE QB cannot finish the season. Same with JJ Watt. That hit on Allen's elbow was late. Next is star power. NFL is about making money. There's a pedigree to this. Take an outsider, you're saying no to dozens of people who paid a lot to get there. Winning makes money. Stars get special treatment and more wins. Agents and other players will tell someone you don't do that to someone who makes us all money and they will drive them out of the league. You're in the NFL. You know how to throw an accurate pass at that level. People there are freaks. To win you really need to be a merciless cheat, every little dirty trick you have to exploit full force. Leave the throwing mechanics for gym class.
  16. Josh is definitely a playmaker. All that from just two years.
  17. Rush the QB, that's it. Too much PI. Defenses give up 50+ yards every drive to get a short field, and hope someone goes Offside or fumbles.
  18. There's been a couple of times where the Bills pulled up on Brady. Sam Adam's return TD. George Wilson in 2011. Don't do that please against a first year QB. Houston took that extra hit to Allen's elbow. Hardin and Jackson lit him up last year in Buffalo. A lot of payback to dish out.
  19. The NFL owners made the US military pay them millions of dollars for a "Salute to Service" in an effort to increase recruiting. Just to clarify, the soldiers, marines, sailors, airmen, ... pay them. Money removed from military healthcare and pensions to give to billionaires, on top of cities paying for their stadium.
  20. What would Vernon Davis do? Just do that. No one else can help you unless you first help yourself.
  21. Messing with lineups are bush league. Pros seen it all. Plus D-line isn't QB. All you really can do is one step to get off the ball. Bills D is all about giving the offense slack, even scores, and then winning when it counts. No penalties. No injuries. Then it's all just visualizing, seeing the play before it happens and knowing everything about the game.
  22. This, just stay healthy. Stay in shape and visualize, know the game like a surgeon knows the human body. The 2019 Bills won a lot from facing adversary. Let the other team go up two touchdowns, they get happy and let up, then the Bills go full speed. Ignore the talk. Professional relationships form with mutual success.
  23. I like what Skate did. It feels like skateboarding. Does holding the up button feel like you just ran a 50 yard sprint?
  24. Call no penalties during the game. Tuesday morning, hand out suspensions for everything including holding, off sides, delay of game and grounding leading to lifetime bans. That's how the real world works. No more winning just because you get away with breaking the rules.
