  1. I met Namath years ago. He was one of the nicest coolest guys you could ever meet. His body is definitely broken down from his career.
  2. I think the Giants are tougher and more physical than the Pats. I think the Giants will win.
  3. I am out here in San Francisco and I think thus is a great idea. Everyone thinks that the Raiders crowd is dangerous, but I think it us actually San Francisco that is worse. There are punks at every NFL stadium and Buffalo has its fair share but San Francisco is the worst I have ever seen at any stadium and I have been to a lot of away Bills games. Ive seen gangs of little punks just running down the concourse hitting and shoving everyone in away jerseys jumping people from behind etc. it is definitely not the sophisticated wine and cheese crowd. Think MS-13 and Nortenos in Niner jerseys and you get the picture.
  4. Very savvy move. The single easiest way he can buy votes in the WNY area. I have been impressed with Cuomo so far. Does anyone think Patterson would have done anything like this?
  5. Rogers Calvin Johnson Arian Foster Patrick Willis Revis
  6. They need to upgrades tied to a lease that make it very hard to break- like Jacksonville.
  7. I would prefer to have all games in Orchard Park, but the Bills get great money from the Toronto series and that is what will help keep them in Buffalo long term so I am on board.
  8. Young guy- just terrible.
  9. The Jags would be worth 500 million more right off the top by moving to LA. No lease is in breakable. If this guy wants to go, he will and no lawsuit will stop it. He could pay out the city of Jacksonville to settle and still make far more. In terms of showing a loss due to poor attendance, it is obvious the Jags do not draw and they can manipulate the books to show a loss if needed. This is the beginning of the end for the Jags in Jacksonville.
  10. I've heard from everyone who met Marv that he is a great guy. Very cool!
  11. He should have been canned halfway through the game. Everything about this team is so pitiful right now.
  12. That Monday night game a few years back was a nightmare. I don't even get into the rest of our history with them. This will be a very satisfying win.
  13. Have you ever seen some of the other Forbes lists? There is zero logic. One list will have Buffalo in the top place to live and the next week, there will be a list that ranks it as one of the most miserable cities. They constantly contradict themselves. P.S. I am crazy but not paranoid.
  14. Did not see this coming. He will never be allowed. People in . LA want someone from there after the McCourt debacle. Of nothing else, it shows he is prepared to put down big bucks for a team. Let's hope the Bills may be plan when the timing is right.
  15. I'm surprised that any NFL team could be on the list. The Bills do too well to be on this list. I could see the idiots at Forbes lumping us in there because we are a small market team in a poorer area so no one would question it.
  16. Play calling was a big problem yesterday. When they pinched the safeties, that is when we should have pitched outside to Fred for a run. It worked when we did it. We were not going far running up the middle. We could have used the screen pass more effectively. It was clear that the Jets with the extra week were well prepared to stop us. I think the Jets have more talent than the Bills do, but the Bills are young and on the rise. However, yesterday we were flat out outcoached and beaten by a better team.
  17. Start drinking heavily and posting.
  18. This is a good sign. I was a little nervous because there was little news from him and not many quotes in the media after the fall. These kinds of injuries can be the end for older people. If he can make it to this game, it means he is not in dire straits. I hope he sticks around for quite some time. Enough time to allow the Rams and Chargers or Raiders to relocate.
  19. That was not the game of the century. Not even the game of the day.
  20. I was hoping that it was Rex guaranteeing a win. I guess he learned his lesson after the San Diego game.
  21. This game will likely decide whether we are a playoff team or come up short. Breaking the Pats streak was a huge step. Breaking the phe playoff drought is bigger.
  22. DC Grid- I am not sure if they are in the top 5, but I know they are pretty high on the list. They are more profitable than other teams in far larger markets. I thin you nailed one of the benfits on the head- little in stadium costs. Jeremy Jones must be mortgaged to the nose with is new stadium. That is why he charges more for parking than we do for most tickets. Think about the potential profit increase if Bills were to raise ticket prices $20 accross the board and sell naming rights
  23. I hope they don't retire them for good.
  24. Do the Bills still wear the throwbacks?
