  1. you would create another post at that time, titles to consider: See I told you screws Look at me, I can randomly predict obscure events in the future Honor me thy new overlord
  2. didn't he also get some reps as a CB during the season stink-ale versus Jets ?
  3. I can see his agent negotiating a bonus clause for playoff games, fly patterns and jump balls; speaking of unbearable I watched a replay of the Houston playoff game this weekend on the NFLN and I can only hope that the entire offense esp the coaches were told to watch it 10x and had to submit a report on it.
  4. sure if there is a guy with a first-round grade that falls near the pick in the second round - but the RBs aren't a hot FA commodity as a lot of vets are still available and likely are having the market set their price not vice vera...standing still in the second to pick a CB or OL over a RB makes sense to me; Singletary was a 3rd rounder so maybe that is where the value lies
  5. Lamar Miller foist Donta Freeman second I don't care third then Carlos Hyde - maybe
  6. dead cap space - Bucs $88,238 (never seen a total that low - historic) Pats - 22.5 M of which 13.5 M is TB and 4.5M is Antonio Brown - even the great ones have an off-year - yeah baby
  7. pass on Gordo...but I l do like me some Lamar Mille , then maybe Donta Freeman, then there is a steep drop, and sure would like to see TJ Yeldon role expanded to catch some passes, if not then cut... the sun about to go down, its that time for Beane to make some decisions...
  8. for RB addition we were expecting Lamar Miller or Donta Freeman and instead new concept for Bills fans to comprehend, improved special teams
  9. Miami is rebuilding very quickly with all that cap space and war chest of high draft picks and is well coached but Ftiz hits the wall when he goes against good D and if they draft rook qb like Tua or Herbert (sp) they could sneak into last spot as jets are slower rebuild and the pats not looking so good so far
  10. I love every move we made- there are more coming - plus we still got draft picks - so CB, OL, ST depth coming as well I dont like that the Fins are rebuilding that quickly and are well coached
  11. whose not excited - a numbah 1 WR and a championship caliber D with depth -so far so good
  12. was first rounder - pick #30 in 2016 Carolina refused 5th year option 334 lbs so he is going to play interior likely D-E-P-T-H
  13. this is a big + value, depth, versatility, quality...Beano with the evening chubbie !!!
  14. 1. RB - Miller or Freeman 2. hmm..depth OL - Haeg or Waddle
  15. nah, just the opposite, deep inside the fire still burns to prove to himself mostly that he can win without a HoF GOAT qb. The guy stood in rain for a friggin college workout couple weeks somewhere in god forsaken east or middle tenn. He is not going to let Brady dictate his legacy plus he has a great relationship with Kraft and unlikely to leave at this point and throw the franchise into a tizzy...do you think he is a fit for broadcasting or would find that motivating given his surliness, demeanor, personality...
  16. this kind of continuity and commitment to scheme has not been seen since the super bowl glory daze IMHO
  17. Howard or Lamar Miller at RB Addison at DE - vets like him will groom our number 1 pick Fackrell at LB a depth OL could resign Waddle and keep away from Pats lets save some money for Milano Dawkins
  18. ravens have 19M in cap space and have to allocates 7.6M for draft space; calais is 34 and his salary is 15M so an extension will be needed to drive that down but he made the pro bowl; Judon franchise tag costs 16M; so they have to get creative...lets see
  19. boom...wow...so do ravens remove franchise tag applied to Judon now ?
  20. the additional playoff game was not an issue with the players; all the major sports are trending to make the post-season more inclusive ,and given our playoff history we as Bills fans should welcome our increased opportunity to watch our qb throw a bomb to our fullback in double coverage.
  21. glad it passed; also pension of 22k for pre 1993 players now included annually would like to have seen an additional bye week added with the addition of the 17th game as this would allow better rest-prep for the Thurs nite game usually scheduled 4 days after a Sunday game is played with 1 team having travel as well; coming off a Sunday bye teams are better prepared to Thurs nite than current schedule allows...
  22. not at the cost of a number one pick; I don't see the Bills drafting a WR at 22 either unless one of the top 3 guys falls to them...
  23. coach McD has 1 opening at the SAM LB where the 1 man gang (Lorax) played 48% of snaps and often lined up as DL, was replaced often with the nickel package and he also played ST and had a very reasonable contract (and was a team captain and one of the NFLPA reps) in other words a tough role to fill...prediction...not a first day FA signing here....prediction: Kyler Fackrell OLB (packers) had 3 sacks against Bills season before last; lost his starters job last season so there is a flaw; likely not a good coverage guy not unlike Lorax who also had warts....
  24. no; players don't workouts they do visits so maybe teams do those via skype or tele-conference ? How much business can be conducted virtually-digitally versus in person ?
  25. the quitters are the answer: Boldin and Davis, not Beano's fault
