    In a regular game I have zero doubt they'd have attacked the endzone on first down after that, but I'm glad they didn't tonight.

    I thought he looked really good even well before he capped off his night with a pick. I never remember him catching my eye like that before but he had my attention real quick tonight.

    Obada was tearing up the RT later in teh game but it could have been a guy who'll be selling insurance by Tuesday for all I know

    The protection he fouled up on that last 3rd down is not going to help him either.

    If it's a "hit", yeah. But some stripes will let low tackles on the QB slide if there's not forcible contact. I guess you just have to know your crews if you're in the Front7.

    It's a tough rule because "forcible contact" is tied into it and that makes it very subjective.

    That's because he's not in imminent danger of being sacked. If you turf it to avoid a sack and there's no receiver in the area , it doesn't matter why he was not in the area. What?

    Typing under the assumption that you're throwing it away with no eligible receiver in the area

    Even if youre outside the box, you still have to get the ball across the LOS and that wasn't even close.
