I didn’t really think it was petty. I said what most Bills fans feel - conflicted feelings for Ralph the person vs. Ralph the owner. I also gave him props for his dedication to the community and said I admired that.

Correct.... every owner makes mistakes, but as the owner of the Buffalo Bills Ralph was not very good. His teams were mostly bad to mediocre for the duration of his tenure. He did strike gold in hiring Polian and yet he fired him. The franchise was able to coast on the core built by Polian for years. After that team got old, it was The Drought and Ralph is ultimately the one response for that. I didn’t say he was THE worst or that he didn’t try to win. But as an owner he certainly was bad. If you don’t believe me, go ahead and re-live the Drought Era. That was all Ralph’s doing.

Ah....Ralph Wilson - somewhat of a complicated legacy IMO. I’ll say this: As a philanthropist, he did some really excellent things for people in the WNY area. As an NFL owner he was not very good for most of his tenure and you can argue that his paying customers deserved a lot better - especially toward his final years of ownership. Like someone here said, in the end he kept the team in Buffalo. Had Ralph or whoever was working with him not negotiated the relocation clause, the team probably moves. For that, I think he deserves a lot of credit and I have a lot of respect his dedication to the WNY area.

It’s a huge long shot but it’s interesting how many media outlets are picking up on it.

Take this for what you will but many have speculated that DeShaun Watson will force his way out of Houston and end up on the Patriots. They can’t afford Watson this year who would likely want a new contract after a trade. So in 2021, it would likely tape a crap load of draft picks and money to bring Watson to New England. That’s only after he plays some serious hard ball by holding out.

Nope. Why would Miami carry a QB room of Fitzpatrick, Cam, and rookie QB? It would be a waste of a rooster spot. Chargers would give away a meager low round pick to trade for Cam. They should...but they don’t want him. I think Washington is a likely landing spot Washington

Out of all of these guys from Carolina that the Bills signed - Cam would be the crown juul. Some on Beane, make it happen

Tre and his agent are in no rush to sign. He’s going to set the CB market whether hi signs with Buffalo or another team. He might as well set the market in 2021 or 2022 when the market is higher

I don’t think it’s necessarily related to a stat line (though it probably is) but I think we need to see Josh show that he’s capable of succeeding and scoring on good defenses. I’d like to see him take over games - the way that Patrick Mahomes took over the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl. We saw glimpses of this last season, but outside of the win against Dallas it’s hard to find a complete game from Allen

Knowing Cincy they probably will take it. But most teams would turn it down if they A. had an obvious need for a QB and B. thought a prospect was a strong solution. If you need a QB, you don’t kick the cab down the road (unless you are Buddy Nic and Doug Whaley), you get your QB. Anyone who tells you otherwise is foolish. Would Indianapolis trade 3 first round picks for Andrew Luck in 2012? Hell no! Also, Cincinnati tagged AJ Green to keep Burrow happy. They won’t take the deal. I’ll bet you anything

Yep great blocker and improved quite a bit as a pass catcher. I feel that he had a lot of potential but that he could never quite make the next step. I think he was always hobbled with injuries that he had to play through. In a way, he reminds me of a better version of Scott Chandler. He was a serviceable starter at TE, but definitely a notch (or two) below Pro Bowl level.

Remember when actual fans on this board professed: “We never should have gotten rid of O’Leary” That’s 100% legit. And it wasn’t just one crazy member, it was multiple members who felt that way. Ironically Miami released Nick shortly before that season ended. The O’Leary stans were pretty quiet

it’s going to be a LOT longer than Monday. Schools in NY will likely be closed for the rest of the year. I’d guess that most businesses will be able to resume business toward the start of August. That would mean schools could begin in September. Yes - they completely sucks. Politics and everything aside - this virus is no joke and we need to take every precaution to move past this. It’s because way more people are being tested. Basically the virus was alive and well weeks before the first case was identified
