  1. this is one of those things that comes down to coaching/preparation. im sure this has happened at some point during Josh's tenure. How much of a point of emphasis did the coaches make about it. Good coaches don't even need it to happen in their own games. They see it in another game, and make it a point of emphasis at one practice or another. josh was definitely trying to hurry them. i think they snapped somewhere between 8 and 10 seconds, rather than the customary 40. not sure how much was josh trying to get a regular play call in vs Josh waiting for the offense to actually be set.
  2. i think a difference between allen vs manning and brady, is that those guys took ownership in the way the offenses were run. Im not sure if that's going on in buffalo. seems like it's just trust Joe Brady. Why can't Shakir be something like an Edelman or a Welker? Or a Beasley? I wasn't a huge fan of Daboll, but im actually starting to miss him.
  3. these guys just aren't prepared. PERIOD
  4. good coaches can work with less talent. Brady and Manning threw A LOT of completions to JAGS.
  5. the defense wasn't great but it was far from their worst game. Maye and the receivers made some plays
  6. Joe Brady is mid. now we can start being honest in this thread? We haven't had a DOMINATING offense the entire time he's been here. Every game has to be a grind.
  7. you could have just said that about every player and coach on the buffalo bills.
  8. This team has major holes, both coaching and players. It's obvious to everybody with their eyes open. But we do this thing because we're 4-0 where we pretend everything is great, and we poo poo anybody with criticism. There is absolutely nothing surprising that's happened here tonight. We aren't a team that knows how to dominate, and sometimes that catches up to you.
  9. it's not an overreaction. nobody is saying we're gonna win 3 games this year. we're seeing the same problems we've had for several years now. it's worth commenting on. Our coach does not have a SB pedigree. And Brady still stinks.
  10. Pegula got public money for the stadium, because that's what every other franchise does. I think the whole thing is ridiculous. The same as I think the 100s of millions that go into cosmetic renovations for schools is ridiculous. but it's what everybody does. And most people aren't looking to get less than their peers.
  11. all of those kids from when we were growing up have their own anti-bills kids now.
  12. Haven't watched yet, but any chance the AJ Epinesa snake thing is a play on the whole "Andre Reed bringin his snake to training camp" thing? edit: nevermind. i see that he is catching snakes. not bring them with him. if you haven't seen it, look up "Andre Reed and his snake" 😅
  13. Pickens is a top of the heap distraction and malcontent. I don't see what getting rid of him has to do with Watt. If Pickens wasn't a distraction, he'd still be with the team.
  14. stop streaming. i cut amazon and netflix when they started jacking prices for all this live streaming crap I didn't ask for. consumers are far too willing to bend the knee. Like Augie, I only watch the Bills. DOn't care about anybody else until at least mid december
  15. Lol. Lifetime specializes in "The _________ from hell." movies The nanny from hell The girlfriend from hell The boyfriend from hell The boss from hell The neighbor from hell etc. etc.
  16. Just seems 99.9% unproveable. Hopefully both sides can count on the civil courts to have very high standards of proof. Not just "well, doesn't seem like she'd fake this."
  17. I forgive him, and if I thought we'd be better with him, I'd take him back in a heartbeat. But a tiger doesn't change it's stripes at this point in the game. Even if the intentions are there. you just can't turn that off, without turning it all the way off. And then there's the ACL.
  18. And he could move after the catch.
  19. Moulds is the most dynamic receiver I've seen in the past 30 years for the Bills. Watch a highlight reel. 1 handed catches. contested. could track balls that weren't exactly where they were supposed to be.
  20. i agree it's more about the talent. But to those who say "well, we had teh no. 2 offense." our no.2 offense is kind of like those top 5 defenses we had. Don't get me wrong, our offense is not falling apart in the playoffs the way our defneses do. but it's similar in that they are still missing something. Those guys who can give you the Madden type plays on demand are pretty useful when the chips are down in big moments. It's something different than just being able to chip away with a workman like 30 per game.
  21. They're a house of cards, but still very dangerous. that 10-7 team that just needs to lock in for 1 month, and they are winning sb. always simultaneously on the cusp of not making the playoffs AND winning the super bowl.
  22. A lot of people really like HOecht. Maybe that contract is a discount.
  23. TUa's obviously better. they should pay him 70 million per year. What a bargain miami is getting.
