They found a lot of quality starters in the past two drafts so there is hope they can find 3 or 4 with the draft picks. That does not account for the possibility of trading down and maybe landing two players in the first round. They find a tackle, guard and a wr in the draft and upgrade more spots in FA and the team would look a lot different.

They traded off assets to get Allen than did everything in their power to make things as difficult as possibly for him to have any early success. That is basically the season in a nutshell. Off season reps were wasted in a competition between a top 10 draft pick and two bums one of whom whined and quit on the team and demanded a trade. What little cap money they had they poured into defense instead of getting the qb at least some help . They could have got the offense some help on the line but traded multiple picks for Edmunds. Last years offense sucked so we strip it down even more. Why are McCoy, Clay and Benjamin still here? If you are tanking then just tank but dont do it half way. Go full Gruden

That has been missing from the Bills for a long time. I disagree that a less talented team should just accept losing. Not only do they accept it but teams doing photo ops, punking players and living it up in these blow outs and nobody on the Bills bats an eye. There is no edge on this team There is no player to beware and watch out for. Quite frankly this team is Philadelphia cream cheese soft Only guy that plays angry is Ivory.

not a Peterman apologist but he certainly didnt get much help Sunday. He is not a good qb but the supporting cast plain out sucked. He gave KB several chances at big plays and the big slug didn't get it done. Zay Jones stunk. Clay out as usual (talk about a guy just cashing checks) McCoy sucked. Pryor stunk. Entire O line mailed it in Watching Mills makes me want to punch my tv. Only guy with any heart on offense yesterday was Ivory and now he's broke

They can't. Dawkins is ok, rest of the line is bad. Mills has been bad for several years an he's still our starter. Interior of the line does not communicate well in pass blocking and no push in the run game. Receivers are slow and can't catch. Clay is always hurt and frankly he's avg at best anyways. Best we can hope for is Allen plays rest of the way and McDermott quits dreaming he is going to win one pt games and tells Daboll to go the full 60 minutes as if they are 2 tds down and pushing the football See if Allen can turn it loose and grow some confidence. All this mess wont get fixed next year.

What they should have done is spent more of what little money that had on better O Line and some speed on offense. They should have made sure they had a veteran qb in to start day 1 and not wasted valuable camp snaps by giving Allen as much work as possible so his transition would be easier. Instead they paid out money for older defensive players. They roll out the qb behind a line that cant pass protect, cant get a push in run blocking and is not athletic enough to even run screens or any outside runs.. Beane traded away assets and put all his eggs into Josh Allen but gave him absolutely no shot at success . Beane basically sold the car for gas money Instead they tried to shore up the defense to make McDermott look good. Murphy, Lorax, Kyle W will be gone and we'll be rebuilding the D line before they even fix the offense. Perpetual Bills hot pile of steaming turds they keep serving up.

No and I question his plan altogether. Everything seems to be done halfway with the Bills If you're blowing up a team you don't sign older free agents If you're rebuilding you trade away McCoy and Benjamin for assets for 20019 and beyond. They couldn't make up their mind what they are doing. If you want to be respectable you make sure Peterman is not one snap from playing let alone name his as your day 1 starter. If you are playing for a top pick you dont sign Murphy, Ivory, Star, Vontae Davis IColeman if he panned out was young but they blew that too. They could have got Gordon . I'm trying to be patient but they are testing it. Losses are fine this year but getting blowout each week and not being able to score over 10 pts a game is not acceptable. I fully expect daboll fired after the Jets game allowing a new coordinator a extra week.
