  1. Once the Bills are in control of their own destiny my excitement will go through the roof because they are starting to turn it on at the right time. Until then I am trying to not get my hopes up.
  2. Boss I drafted him in the 4th round of a dynasty league last season, because I was so sure that what we saw after the Chiefs playoff game was going to be his coming out party and would be a Brandon Marshall-esque type player. The players I passed over when I drafted Davis...ugh makes me sick As for this thread: Wrong: WR Davis is "finally" breaking out for good and becoming a legit #2 WR Sherfield, I was expecting a lot more production, a solid 700-800 yard 5-8 td slot guy CB Elam, ooooooof, no comment DT Ford, I guess I got caught up in all the hype people here were saying about the guy LB Bernard, I did not expect his production at all OC Dorsey, I thought he would really open up the offense and take it to the next level, all we ever heard about was how much time he put into his job and how smart he is Right RB Cook, I thought he would have a break-out year, not to this extent though TE Kincaid, he was my guy leading up to the draft, I did not think we had a shot at any of the top WRs, I thought he could be just as productive and had better hands than Knox OG Torrence, so he's not having a Quentin Nelson or Zach Martin type rookie impact and OG like they did, but the guy has solidified that position. P Araiza, I thought something was very off with the "victim's" story all along since day one, it's a terrible shame we are living in a guilty until proven-innocent society
  3. I highly doubt Brandon Beane is sitting down in McDermott's office saying ... "Hey Coach, SchlongSteve from TwoBillsDrive says we should do XYZ in certain situations...what are your thoughts on the matter?"
  4. I hate to say it, but the cynic in me thinks it'll just end up being the 3rd highest CB voted for, and Johnson won't get a fair shot
  5. Oliver was having a year before Von came back. Give that guy some credit.
  6. My butcher gifted me some very fresh prime cuts of beef after removing 4 polyps from his colon. Them babies are hitting the grill around 4pm Eastern.
  7. I love the guy, but you are tugging on a teet that is not giving any more milk
  8. I kept it classy and wished good luck to the Cowboy fans I know
  9. Awesome job, I watched the highlights overnight at work, awesome awesome awesome job Cortland!!
  10. Just a couple of Bills' ornaments are high up on the tree. Not much in terms of decorations this year had to do a much scaled-down version than our norm, our 1-year-old tries to play with all of the decorations she can get her hands on and eventually breaks them.
  11. I voted to pay him as a #3 WR. I think he has good value there. In my group of Bills fans, I have been an avid supporter of Davis, but my enthusiasm for him has dwindled greatly, especially as a #2 WR.
  12. Cowboys 31 Buffalo 23 I do not love this match-up. I felt that way a couple of years ago when they went to Dallas for Thanksgiving and Buffalo provided the beat down, so I will have the same outlook and hope history repeats itself!
  13. https://www.yahoo.com/sports/civil-suit-dropped-against-former-san-diego-state-punt-god-matt-araiza-193154343.html
  14. I watched much of the game, pretty impressive, I do not know a darn thing about their next opponent, so best of luck to Cortland
  15. Still 3 more after that, and we will need help. We do not control our destiny, so we could win out and still not get in.
  16. Angels dropped the ball with this one. I am not sure anyone outside of the Angels management and fanbase believed he would resign with them. Could have had a boatload of prospects at the trade deadline. And now....
  17. Not burned out, just disappointed with this team. Disappointed with the wasted talent, and disappointed with the constant coaching blunders. I cannot get excited for this team anymore this year if/until the proverbial "stars align" and somehow they run the table to make the playoffs. Maybe at that point they'll be the hottest team in the league. Even beating if they beat the Chiefs, I'll still be like "that's nice", even that win won't drum up much excitement. And part of the problem is, knowing this team we could win out the next 4 games in epic fashion, and pull a "McDermott" in the season finale against the Dolphins and lose in the last second of a "win and your in-game". I cannot get excited for this team unless they make the playoffs which is a long shot, stuff is falling into place they allows a path to get there, but we still have the ultimate Joker card at the helm, ready to pull the rug out from under this team. And that is McDermott.
  18. I like what he has shown so far in terms of recruiting. SU fans like myself have noticed the string of 4-start recruits, and transfers from big-named schools, who have decided to have official visits these upcoming weekends. Now just need pen to paper.
  19. I'm not clutching my pearls until they get past KC and Dallas with two wins.
  20. Is that a requirement to like a team?
  21. Taylor Swift vs Hailee Steinfeld. Cage match. No holds barred. Jim Ross announcing the match ringside.
