  1. Can he take a snap first before he gets a nickname...you know...kinda like earn the nickname
  2. I like counting all the new accounts, which after every pick, get created only to tell us they are super fans of that particular college team and we drafted a STUD!! Only to never hear from that specific poster/account again
  3. If he's still single by training camp,St John Fisher will basically become the Playboy Bunny Ranch...those Pittsford singles will come HARD after him with everything they got
  4. All things being equal ... WR. In this particular draft...the value and talent is TE, so my vote is TE.
  5. Hopefully, his signing comes with a Burn It Down-esqe video
  6. I have the same feeling. I would have loved to see him with Starling, but 1-2 NBA teams will likely say they will draft him in the 1st and he'll be gone with Syracuse in the rearview mirror.
  7. Good for him, was always a good kid and teammate.
  8. Being Irish, we are going with the traditional Irish St Paddys meal, although be it on Sunday, with the fiance's side of the family (although I was repulsed the last time I had St Paddy's dinner with them as they put mustard on the corned beef, potatoes, and cabbage). I went to Wegmans and loaded up with Guinness and Smithwicks. I thought about an Irish whiskey or Irish creme, but I'd probably be the only one drinking that so I opted not to get it.
  9. Hopefully he changes his tune quick or else he'll be an idiot around the wrong person(s) and it will not end well.
  10. No, Super Bowl windows open and close all the time. I think people may be worried that this current era's (The Allen and Diggs, or rather the team of the last 3 years) window may be closing. With Allen at the helm, there will always be a Super Bowl window, I think people really loved this team of the last 3 years, they were just so damn talented only to have the rug pulled out from underneath them in the playoffs by the coaching staff, and want to see everyone get a ring.
  11. That was a back-and-forth game decided by four points. Both teams had leads at various points of the game and the Bills scored the go-ahead TD with 1:04 left in the game. Bills hardly went to KC and "smacked" them. They went in, got the job done and left. Don't make it out as if the Bills won by 2-3 td's.
  12. My pilot friend with works for Southwest airlines saw David's name on some luggage to Buffalo
  13. I'm not saying he isn't fast, he smoked our secondary during the playoff game two years ago...however...I follow track and field closely, and that race was borderline rigged. The second-place dude is affiliated with the Pony Express Track and Field Club and the third-place is affiliated with the Dayton Track Club. C'mmmmmmmmmmon. He's not racing against elite sprinters in this race, nobody is confusing the Pony Express Track and Field Club and its members with Olympic sprint athletes. Just for reference, he ran 6.70 secs, and got 1st. 2nd got 7.27 secs. http://live.finishtiming.com/meets/514614/events/201/results/F/M He would have gotten 8th place with that time (7th place ran 6.69 secs, 1st place ran 6.53 secs), in the 2023 USATF Indoor Championships held back in February. https://www.flipsnack.com/USATF/2023-usatf-indoor-championships-results/full-view.html The WR, American record in the 60M dash was done in 2018 by Christian Coleman at 6.34 seconds (i.e. an elite sprinter). He could basically smoke Tyreek Hill the same way Hill smoked his "competition".
  14. Let's see if Autry can rejuvenate the program
  15. So your sales pitch is "Please come to Buffalo for cheap"?
  16. I had to give up my "fun" job this past summer working at a liquor store on my days off from the hospital once we had a little one, and give up picking up extra shifts with incentive bonuses at the hospital since we a so short-staffed. I had been working there for about 7 years when I was finishing up school, and it was a nice change of pace from working under the stressors of healthcare. We both have excellent jobs in healthcare and my fiance actually makes about 20% more than me, so when our little one was born last February, we used up our vacations and PFL time, and had a "tough" discussion about the necessity of my "fun" job or not picking up extra shifts at the hospital because we did not want to put her into daycare over it, which led to me giving it up. I definitely miss it, miss my coworkers, miss the customers, miss the discounts (I had a hell of a bourbon collection because the staff got first dibs lol), but there is a balance now albeit with a smaller paycheck, I switched to working 3-12's (more like 14's) two being on the weekends and 1-night shift a week while the Mrs' works outpatient 8-4 pm Mon-Fri. With this schedule we typically do not have days off together, so we make the most of our time together before/after work each day.
  17. I would say, that he exceeded my expectations of him when he was first hired. The expectations most recently have fallen short, but when he was first hired, he exceeded them.
  18. I actually won the Powerball, it was my ticket, the guy stole it from me, who then had it stolen by the guy who claimed it
