  1. Forget Mahomes vs Allen. All things being equal, both have the talent and drive to win. Both were phenomenal in 2021 & 2023 playoff games. The biggest concern is Spagnola/Reid vs McDermott. It's not close in the postseason. And I believe KC holds things back in regular season games because they know in the grand scheme of things...said game is meaningless. A QB can play great and yet still be letdown by coaching. That's Allen/McDermott postseason.
  2. This has all the makings of a classic letdown game on primetime against a not so good team. Team needs to come out. Take care of business. And move on to Baltimore. Going 3-0 makes the Ravens game not as important.
  3. I assume Allen is done for the night. Take no chances.
  4. Jesus that looked bad. Real bad. I certainly hope this guy doesn't have to retire at 26. Brutal.
  5. I too remember Losman. Thought he would be better than Brady and the Bills would be in contention for years. Yikes.
  6. Rumors are he might be back after two weeks. They can't afford to throw thrash like Malik Willis out there for too long.
  7. I think he's still an elite QB who makes players better around him. But the point is, I could live with not getting him. But it stings we handed him over to KC. Exactly. You never trade like that in conference. If it was an NFC team...go for it.
  8. And we have a few SB wins right about now. So...
  9. Fair or not, two franchise altering decisions were made: 1. Not drafting Mahomes. It was idiotic at the time. Not hindsight. We had no QB at the time. 2. Getting a worthless late first rounder while simultaneously turning the Chiefs into a dynasty. We unintentionally cost ourselves a few SB trips because of one move.
  10. Step back? No Step forward? Also no Right now, KC, Bal, Cin, & Hou all have better teams imo. And if Rodgers is healthy, I'm not seeing us being that much better than the Jets. Thus, winning this division is no longer a guarantee. Time is running out. If NE actually gets a franchise QB, they could be division contenders by 2026.
  11. Tbh, that is not an impressive looking receiving core.
  12. Re-tooling with Allen at QB is unacceptable.
  13. Impossible to answer. You have to tke coaching and personnel around QB's into the equation.
  14. Ignoring age, I would take Evans every day as a #1 over Diggs. That's not a knock on Diggs. Evans is just flat out better imo. Too bad we couldn't get him
  15. Watson trade is worse imo. The sad thing for Cleveland I'dthat they are a legit starting QB away from being SB contenders. Denver must be looking to draft Penix or maybe move up for Mye/Daniels.
  16. Fair or not, we essentially handed the Chiefs the driving force behind a dynasty.
  17. I am high on Allen's chances. The D in these games causes me concern though
  18. I will always watch and be a Bills fan. My patience with McDermott will be gone entirely if they are healthy and defense is bad in the postseason again. D is supposed to be his specialty. This. He was great when he had an elite QB. He would have one here.
  19. I think it's Love. I don't see him as a guy who will need talent at most positions to succeed IE Purdy or Dak. I think he will be the best QB in the conference. I think their HC, very underrated, is one of the best in the league as well. Most importantly, the organization seems well run and fixes issues when they arise. SF might be the best team in the NFC right now. However, they are getting older. And GB is very young. The NFC is easier to get through as well. That plays a huge part. Stroud-My second pick to get it done. I think they will own the division for the foreseeable future. And he looks like the real deal. I can see him in that Allen tier of QB's before long. Burrow's injury history concerns me. Two out of four years his season ended early. If I was assured he I'd healthy, this would be a different answer. Herbert might have a great HC now. But being in the same division as KC gives me pause. And I don’t like what I've seen from Herbert in the clutch. Maybe that was Staley & it'll get fixed now. Most of us don't particularly see winning this division as a huge accomplishment anymore. I think Pegula does though. Especially since McD did this after the organization was in a rut for so many years. So...I have doubts they will move away from McD. Otherwise, I'd pick Allen. Jackson-Just not a believer until it happens. He's not a guy I have any faith in whatsoever. This. I don't trust their ownership most of all.
  20. St. Louis is bad too. Ditto Memphis. Is it a small city problem with nothing else to do? Who knows
  21. Here's a question: If Belichick is coaching the past two playoff games against KC, do they lose them both? I'm guessing absolutely not. So it's definitely coaching first and foremost. This organization needs an experienced offensive HC. Can include college too. Other teams get injured too. I'm not going with that excuse.
  22. Then I don't think Shanahan/Allen would work. Maybe that's why he didn't go after Brady in 2020 either Elite QB's aren't going to continously go with meh playcalls.
  23. They need to come out of this draft/FA with pass rushers, receivers, DL, and CB or two. This is the biggest draft to date in the Beane/McD era
  24. Bingo. I was fine with them changing it to where team can't win with a fg on the opening possession. I don't care that this rule cost the Bills a few years ago. But I like the rule where a TD on possession one ends it. A FG gives the other team a chance. This new rule came about, ironically enough, because of 13 seconds game.
