  1. A team that has won three out of five SB's will get the benefit of the doubt. Fair or not. The Eagles comparison doesn't work. Mahomes is more proven than Hurts. KC has a better HC. And they've got the experience. There's zero pressure on them this season. They have their SB wins and will be favored for the next ten years. There's way more pressure on Baltimore, Buffalo, and Detroit to get it done. I like McDermott, but if the Chiefs beat us in another divisional round game, it's time to go. We need a HC in here who can turn a switch in the postseason.
  2. The Bills are the better team. But...I think the 49ers offense matches up well against our defense. Our offense needs to put up at least 30 to win imo. No Allen turnovers. Unfortunately, he has begun to turn the ball over a bit lately.
  3. Yeh can you imagine what Detroit would be doing on offense with Allen as QB? They would be putting up even more points than they are. And the Bills would be in a fight for the division with Goff.
  4. That was posted before the miss to Samuel
  5. Receivers need to be the number one draft priority. These guys just aren't enough.
  6. If we want to win it all, McD needs to outcoach great coaches. The truth is that as QB's, there's very little separating Mahomes & Allen. In terms of talent and will to win. The coaching match has me more concerned.
  7. As he should. I'm just hoping we get out of this game 100 % healthy. I'd rather a loss w/o injuries vs a win with more injuries. Health source biggest opponent here.
  8. Teams are evenly matched. Coaching will decide it imo.
  9. I wanna see what happens if their defense struggles and the offense has to bail them out. It's been their defense causing issues. I'm hoping we get a sizeable lead.
  10. Allen isn't winning MVP regardless of today. Media is enamored with Jackson & Mahomes.
  11. I don't mind going for it. I mind the execution. You have to take chances against a team like this.
  12. Settling for fg's won't get it done.
  13. Which is why the Bills should not let everything out of the bag for this game. If there are any trick plays or something they notice, don't reveal it in a regular season game. Allen's quotes pretty much says it all. Those stats also show coaching has failed Allen.
  14. If a team offered up a top 5 pick for Bernard, Dawkins, or Johnson, you think Beane says no?
  15. I honestly can't think of anyone else on the roster who can't be had for the right price. Cook?
  16. There's also a stat out there where if two teams meet during the season, the loser generally wins the SB rematch. I don't think Sunday will tell us much. Unless one team beats the other 45-0 or something.
  17. Either the talent isn't good enough at receiver. No HC would get much out of them. They are good & coaching isn't good enough. The elite teams mostly have offensive minded HC's. So barring a SB trip, that needs to be the first change.
  18. We beat KC three straight regular season games. Did it do us any good in the postseason? No. Everyone in the organization will be judged on how the postseason goes. I don't even think half the fan base will care on Monday if we win.
  19. We need to find his replacement this offseason. Good player. Can't stay healthy.
  20. And a darn good one. If they stunk on D, they may be barely above .500 right now. I still think their D is the reason they won it all last year.
  21. I would be stunned if it weren't a close game. But we can't let it come down to the refs. Easier Saif than done.
  22. Lamar can put up 60 TD's in a season. I still would not trust him in the postseason. He can have the MVP again too. SB's are all that matter.
  23. Didn't the Patriots actually have a better record outside the division? I know it helped that they had a good QB & HOF HC while the rest of the division had junk. But they still consistently beat Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Indy, and great teams in the SB.
