  1. Yeah minus 13 dumb seconds that is a win 99/100 times.
  2. This loss probably doesn't even rank in the top 10 of toughest playoff losses. Suggesting it is worse than last year is mind boggling imo. That team had a real shot at winning it all. I never felt this team had a very good shot. Slow starts and inconsistency. Too many bad teams hung around to the end of games. Seemed to be no killer instinct.
  3. After the KC game, people were discussing the Bills as Super Bowl favorites. That Allen was leading MVP candidate. Something changed. Not for the better.
  4. I know what you mean. I just meant only one team will truly have a great year. Last year felt like the beginning of something special. And sans 13 seconds, maybe we win the SB. This year is a bit of a letdown.
  5. I don't think this current Bills squad as of today is better than KC. After week 6, both teams play seemed to go in opposite directions. It was like everything was put into that game and a letdown occurred.
  6. Agreed. And it became an issue coming out of the bye.
  7. Yep. Im the end, the second best team will feel no better than the thirty second best team. There will only be one team that is happy once the playoffs end.
  8. Thought we were discussing McD's PO resume and not JA's. Got mixed up. Correct. Houston loss was JA's first time in postseason. Jacksonville loss two years prior was McD's first PO game here. I'm not ready to get rid of the head coach. If they want to change coordinators...fine. They do need a scheme change on D when it gets to playoff time.
  9. Burrow faces Chiefs D. Mahomes gets Bengals D. They aren't on the field at the same time. All three games came down to the wire.
  10. Lost in first round against Houston too. That should have been a win too.
  11. 1. Beat Cards then lost to Packers
  12. How do the Chiefs own us? We have essentially beaten them three straight times in their house. We haven't even played the Bengals enough for anybody to own someone else.
  13. The Bengals are a difficult matchup for KC and Baltimore too. And other teams. We have things to clean up. But Cincinnati is a great team. And as much as I hate to admit it, they may be better than us right now. We need a #2 receiver. Some help on OL. RB. And a different approach on D.
  14. Better to get run out of the stadium than have another 13 seconds disaster which could fool the front office into thinking we are victims of bad luck. I agree with you.
  15. Burrow has an embarrassment of riches on offense. I love Diggs. But Chase is definitely better. Mixon can be a factor. They get the ball out quick. Burrow played better lately. But the 2 and 3 spots are always juggling. Mahomes is the clear # 1.
  16. If they beat Dallas today, well, I will start to believe more. I'm still not sold on a team that hasn't beaten anyone worthwhile in a very long time. Purdy will throw at least three picks in this game imo.
  17. If they win the SB...I'd be fine with it.
  18. Chiefs will annihilate Bengals next week. No doubt. So I guess it's Eagles over KC is my hope? Frankly, I really don't care who wins it all now. It won't be us. And that is a bitter pill to swallow.
  19. Maybe we should admit the Bengals are the second best team in the AFC. And we are third? Things can change next season. But they are simply better.
  20. Should he? Maybe. Will he? No.
  21. Yep. We have been on borrowed time for quite awhile. The signs were there all season. This isn't stunning to me. We may have lost to the SB champion. I still don't see how they can possibly go into Arrowhead two straight years and end the Chiefs season. But who knows.
  22. You can't be superman every week. That is unrealistic. He needs help. No team can win it all by relying on one or two guys.
  23. This angers me because we are better than this. And because KC will wipe the floor with this Bengals team next week.
  24. Getting beat by the Bengals is not embarassing. Getting beat like this, by anyone, in our own home is embarassing. McD still has time here to change things.
  25. I hate to admit it. But the Bengals may just be the better team from top to bottom. And I really do think they have a great chance at winning it all. We all knew this offense was Diggs and not much else. We ķnew Allen needed to play hero ball. You can't rely on one or two guys consistently.
