I'd love to see a hobbled Tua (he's going to miss his second game in a row this week) or Tyler Huntley lead the Dolphins to frigid Orchard Park to be absolutely pounded by the Bills, yet again. That said, bringing rookie Bo Nix and the Broncos to Buffalo is fine as well. Would prefer to avoid the Burrow/Chase/Higgins show.

Frank Gore Jr. for sure as he'll log all the carries he can handle from the 2nd quarter onward. Probably a defensive secondary or offensive line option so those guys can be rested. No reason to bring up Mike White. If Trubisky is hurt, just have the emergency QB take snaps and hand off or kneel. Winning the game is not important.

Assuming the Falcons cut him in the off-season, Cousins will be able to get a high end back-up job, if he wants it. He has too much track record and credibility prior to this year and someone will think if he has another year gone after the last surgery he'd be the kind of guy who is good in the room and can come in and hold the fort for a few games. However with the money he's made, Cousins may not be up for that. We'll see.

Stafford is the perfect modern comp in my opinion.

The league has changed and Jimbo didn't have the wheels or pocket quickness of those guys because it wasn't valued back then. But he'd still have the head, arm, and leadership qualities to be a top guy.

Well, yes. He may be a menace to his own team but he's a menace (in a better way) to the other team as well. I am not saying he sucks, far from it. But his style of play is likely to shorten his career and perhaps those of others as well.

That may be the case in this instance. But it's beyond mere coincidence when he takes out two players on his own team per season when most guys never do that, or maybe it happens once, in a career. It's also no coincidence he suffers from concussions himself.
