Josh Allen - week FIFTEEN report card
Jerome007 replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A lot QBs are "rythm passers", they need to get in the flow more than others. It's clearly the case for Josh. When he's on a roll, the tempo is fast, etc. he is suddenly very accurate. When the offense is sputtering and run heavy, he gets inaccurate. I mean, it's like that for every QB but even more so for him, which is not a good trait. But thankfully, he is mentally tough and not easily rattled so he could be awful for long stretches and suddenly get hot for a few drives. And pressure doesn't phase him, he can be clutch for sure. Very weird combo but I'll take it! As a fan I'll gladly take his weaknesses to get his strengths! He wins, he leads, and he is entertaining as can be. Snif, he's my quarterback, snif. -
Rational Thoughts After Playoff Clinching Win
Jerome007 replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with them all, including Hyde. Lawson, I'm only wary as maybe he is finally giving his all to get that new contract but will sit on it after he gets it. Phillips loves to be here and it shows. True! Nice point -
Josh Allen - week FIFTEEN report card
Jerome007 replied to rayray808's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It 'd give a B, or B-. He was neutered too by the coaches which was odd, as they've rarely done that before. But as for the two long throws to Brown...it's SUPPOSED to happen a few times per game, throwing 50/50 balls and having your (star) receiver battle it out. As you saw, Brown caught one, and yes, played defense to prevent the INT... which is what a NFL level WR is supposed to do! I have no issue at all with attempting these two throws! -
Ha ha. I got that vibe too. They are so NOT used to seeing the Bills it's like they had flashbacks of their previous lives or something. But you guys will find anything to be mad about ha ha. The Bills won! PLAYOFFS

Possible game altering bad call on Milano.
Jerome007 replied to gjv001's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was actually waiting for a challenge flag (Edmunds not Milano). I suppose you can't. It would have been "fun" to see it from the ref's angle as it was not even close but humans make mistake. That's what the other refs (?) and reviews are for... -
Welcome to the Playoffs, Buffalo Bills!!
Jerome007 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
While I agree, it has been proven time and again in the past that anything can happen in the playoffs. You FIGHT. -
Congrats! And for keeping the Bills as the Bills!

Is Josh Allen A Good Quarterback??? (Good Film Breakdown)
Jerome007 replied to Scorp83's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nice video. And yes the part of why he rolled out of a seemingly good pocket is a must see for a lot of fans! -
I didn't get it this way... but you might be just right. And I sure hope you are I was actually more ambitious, I thought he meant the Superbowl! Not necessarily as in this year, but as in we'll get it done. He was mentioning the 90s glory years just prior.

Antonio Brown: Apology Tour - Preparing for return?
Jerome007 replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Him bringing race into this, such a lowlife POS, as if White guys didn't have issues with their women calling the cops on them LOL And is it Evil Whitey that sent this woman to him? Like he didn't have anything to do with this, again. BTW it's weird how for some minor domestic disputes, people call in the cops. I recall 20+ years ago when my cousin had to call the cops just to get the apartment keys (HIS apartment too!) from his then GF. I lived with him for a few weeks so I was a witness. At the time, I found that so childish from both, and so weak from him that as a man had to resort to that. But I was young and naive, I didn't realize if he didn't call the cops for that , she likely would have for domestic violence and whatnot. Of course she got zero consequences because she's a woman, while he would have been taken to jail if the roles had been reversed. Hey, domestic violence IS real, but I just wish more people, especially those eternally angry feminists, would resent the women making frivolous accusations and use of the law, as they sure don't help real victims. Cops have to play parents for childish grown-ups. It's bad as it is, and I get that instinctively as a man AB would be pissed that other people come on your property with higher authority. But we have enough brains to override our instinctive reaction (he's a college level guy right? ha ha) and realize they're just doing their jobs, not happy to be there either, and make it easy for them will help you quite a bit. -
"If you are a Bills fan after the last 20 years you're a real fan", so true, no bandwagon jumpers here... for now anyway. All the out-of-town guys like me deserve extra credit for sticking with you all these years ha ha. I'm from Montreal. It was something to behold the guy coming in from England! And if you didn't get chills with Josh telling us "we've got this", check your pulse or change teams

Only Knox has been an issue IMO. And even so, his overall play and abilities make it worth it to have him in the line up and thrown to. He's made great plays and duds... as many talented rookies. Yes, this needs to be improved, but r-e-l-a-x

Sherman and Landry for me. And Bennett, for sure. Burfict would likely be my #1 but the Bills have not seen much of him. I admit to not liking Shazier before his injury but sure do wish him a full recovery. AB should get a lot of votes but his attitude cost him his job, which is quite the feat considering his immense talent. And I don't even want to waste a ounce of emotion on Kap. So glad that crybaby is gone. Edit: for some unexplained reason I actually liked Bryan Cox ha ha.

This is the game right? Win and in?
Jerome007 replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It'skid of a blessing the Bills O got handed a blitzing lesson by the Ravens. While handling the blitz will not be perfect come Sunday, overall they should be way better prepared with what happened last Sunday. Though many teams have blitzed heavily of late. -
ESPN cmon man - Matt Milano
Jerome007 replied to MasterStrategist's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like most Com'on Man segments. But this??? It is a highlight for sure. It was a crazy good move by Jackson. And of course a moment to be shown in highlight reels. But certainly not to make fun of Milano! WTH. Even my sons thought Tre picking up and reading the picture sheets would be on Com'On Man. -
Exactly. They are not the very Top Tier, "playoffs are a given unless injuries and such" level yet, but who would have though the Giants would win the SB in the year the Cheats were 18-0? Just get in. But yeah, one or two more year of good drafts and salary cap space... oh yeah! Still, let's win N O W
-
Brown should have gone back to the ball for that last one. All the Bills needed was a FIRST DOWN, they didn't have to score of that play. Josh missed quite a few, the OLine was a cheese full of holes way too often, and receivers had key drops. Yet the Bills were close. This team is legit, even if incomplete still.
-
"Exposed"? Losing by 7 points to the media darlings and likely the best team in the league, that's being 'exposed'? OK then. Oh I'm pissed at this loss all right. It was a frustrating afternoon, especially on offense, as Josh had no time and was ragdolled, his misses, the drops... but that's not being outclassed or destroyed like the Ravens did to almost all teams except the 49ers. If you don't realize the Bills could beat them, well you don't watch much football or are a drama queen.

Christmas parody "Allen Baby"
Jerome007 replied to Bills4life1924's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I love the reactions ha ha. Come on, it's slightly funny, and cool to see a gal put so much effort at being funny, successful or not its not even the point. And she is one of us so cheers -
Josh's running style more injury prone than Lamar's
Jerome007 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly. He is elusive and does avoid the big hits so far, but he runs so much it is bound to happen. Also, he runs a lot down the middle, so he could get clobbered there. Anyway, both he and Josh have success running. Why stop? I hope today that Josh outruns him, which would shut the media up for a couple of... minutes ha ha, and it would mean the Bills Defense did its job.
