  1. I was in awe he threw off him 3 big dudes. It's not like he's pushing DBs. Donald was surprised his two teammates didn't get the job done hence why he was more easily discarded. But still I loved that when Donald really skillfully shed his blocker to tackle Josh near the goal line, the Bills went straight back to an Allen run and he scored. Balls. He has them.
  2. Oh I fid it unprofessional all right, but no doubt Hughes has got under their skin. Hell, remember the 15 yard rough penalty for giving celebration strikes to his... teammate? I saw Donald getting held in the 4th quarter, and complaining legitimately to the ref about the no call. Well, I saw Hughes again getting mugged multiple times today, zero calls.
  3. That 1st half was again, amazing. When guys are wide open so often, it's the schemes. And there is sooooo much variety in the Bills offense, wow, hard to prepare for it. 3 games so far have had different styles and they all worked. Of course now he has the weapons but he uses them fully. Nobody controls if he'll be head coach or not so let's enjoy the ride.
  4. I think Hughes needs to write poetry, and sing it to the refs. As usual he's getting mugged out there and not holding calls to the linemen who arm choke him. IDK what he used to say to the refs but damn they dislike him LOL
  5. I'm a little TOO entertained. My heart is good but I worry for some of my fellow Bills fans!
  6. In this game, the O did NOT get conservative. Not enough to warrant criticism anyway, Everything seemed to go wrong all at one and the Rams sure gained momentum. Even at 28-3, the Rams had significant yards. They just didn't finish their drives in the 1st half. Bills D got whooped two weeks in a row...
  7. 3rd & 22? Who cares Since day 1, for Josh 3rd & 22 or 3rd & 7 is the same thing. Even the Rams took their last time when the Bills had a 3rd & 17! That's the Josh Strong Arm factor for you
  8. That the refs get it wrong on the field, full speed, bodies in the way, sure, fine, it can happen. But after the review??? WTH is going on?
  9. All year there was nobody there. In the 1st half either. Pass protection was so damn good. IDK what happened in that 2nd half but ouch. It FINALLY took a suspect call to go the Bills way and Josh/Kroft pulled it off
  10. YEAAAAHHHH Is that one of the weirdest games ever or what? From hating the refs to thinking we got a steal... and KROFT!
  11. Moss has not impressed so far. Singletarry has been miles above him as a runner. Knox has been good as a blocker and caught a few passes. And he is a threat still. Still, Bills do much better in the injury department than a lot of other teams.
  12. He had been blocking well, often playing almost as a FB
  13. Seems it can happen, puncturing a lung when giving an injection to the rib area. What is more questionable, is this culture of drugs and painkillers in the NFL, including all the pain shots which are no mystery. Expect the NFL to go even more "woke" or find distractions if this becomes a topic the media focuses on, as they obviously don't want lawsuits or bad press.
  14. I think he and Shaq want to battle it out for #1 corporate "sponsor"
  15. Yeah! Josh won the Angry Run for the second time ha ha
  16. He really seemed to want to talk to Josh some more. While to me he seemed damn cold to Tua all game long when we saw them together. I'm not sure he wants to lose his job to him anytime soon. He took quite the beating to try to win yesterday. It was impressive.
  17. When your GF brings you external "rewards", she's a keeper 😜 But please, don't marry her unlike you plan to lose 50% of your football earnings...
  18. No doubt months of so little contact impacted that. I say "no doubt" but while I haven't followed the NHL playoffs for the very first time since I'm a teen, I have not heard of an injury galore. Has there been one? I thought they too would suffer a lot more injuries, going from being idle to all-out playoff hockey. But I haven't heard such. Point is, it might coincidence but yeah, no preseason and so little contact in camp could be the culprit, of course.
  19. Me as well, even from draft day, and I'm serious LOL As for 300+ yard games some posters were raving about, to me it was a given he'd had a lot, because of his super strong cannon of an arm. I didn't expect the poise, running skills and little INTs to top it off though! He has overdelivered for me... yet now we all kind of expect great things consistently from now on.
  20. Especially since he IS a gunslinger sometimes playing Hero Ball. I expected a LOT of Josh, but not for him to outrun Tyrod nor throw less INTs, especially being a new guy and not as... conservative with the ball.
  21. Since day 1. And yes, I mean draft day. He's only impressed me since,. I'm not even surprised anymore.
  22. Josh and all the WRs Oline. Pass protection was again awesome, and some good holes for the runs. Running down the pipe will likely not be a strong point at any time this year but t hey did the job. Tre White though... ouch
  23. I cringed as they put that up with 9 minutes to go ha ha. Don't jinx the man! And nope... Josh came through instead
  24. I have done such a block ... in touch football! Come on now. I fully understand the rule and need to protect players but that was no penalty
  25. Indeed. Though Dodson played decent. Great that him and Klein get some experience... while the team wins.
