  1. How can they still have so much talent after paying Mahomes that much? With the salary cap, I just don't get t. That their offense would likely carve up the Bills D, that was almost expected. But the Chiefs D played damn well. IMO it wasn't the Bills O that played bad. That was surprising. Though F going for field goals when you're so close to the red zone and playing against this offense. But yeah, great season and a sign of great things to come. A rivalry could have been born too.
  2. I didn't realize how little motion they use presnap. But Josh's hard counts almost make up for it. And very true what is the Bills favorite play, and how KC used 2 deep safeties, disguised presnap, to counter that. Daboll will find a way. And Josh is on fire. Crazy though how QB play is always the key. QBs deserve all the attention they get.
  3. It's weird. I REALLY wanted him to stay. Yet when I realized that would be the case, I was also sad for him. He deserves a HC job. But still... Go BILLS
  4. Even a full season where no one had anything bad happening from the "virus" beside from Tim Sweeny (and such heart issues do happen from many viruses) and maybe a few IDK about, you STILL say stuff like that? Sky didn't fall. They were prudent because they had to for many reasons but athletes were not at risk. Playing football is way more dangerous. I think the NFL "cares" now about concussion related issue, because they don't want another lawsuit. Not because they are so benevolent. But stop with the virus already. What more evidence is needed?
  5. Yeah. Just like he did, put some ice on it and get back out there! Chiefs can say what they want, it must be outside doctors having the final say... I hope for the players My only exception would be the Superbowl. Wasn't that Elleman that had a concussion and later couldn't even remember the game? Only time it is worth it.
  6. Wind was a huge factor. Many passes (and kicks) went all wrong today for both teams. The Bills D stepped up more and deserve the W
  7. Defense won that one. When the Bills O & D together they can beat ANYONE Just two more to go!
  8. I had my jaw dropped. His motion is for a 5 yard dump off and he threw it 40 yards down the field. He COULD have stepped up. He just didn't need to or chose to. Good point by Inigo that it was touch pass too!
  9. I was actually teary eyed when I first heard the CROWD, just before the kickoff! Props to those in attendance. I was thrilled when I saw Rivers have to move to the line and yell. The noise was affecting him!
  10. Ha ha this thread. Milano made very good plays, and yes, many mistakes, and was a split second late many times. But to bench him? Wow Too bad though with the way Klein suddenly "woke up" mid-season that there isn't a way to keep these 3 LBs on the field more. Edmunds had one of his best games. But nope, Milano stays Edit: that loss must sting for Rivers, but he won't be physically hurting today! He had very little pressure. Makes it hard for the LB and secondary to cover guys. As mentioned a lot already, that Colts O-Line deserve the credit more than the Bills players the blame! It was a playoff 11-5 team. Not the NY Jets!
  11. Like many, no issue with the refs making the wrong call on the field. It's so fast, and they might not be positioned well. But after the review? WTF That tweet about the NFL needing to give a more detailed explanation STANDS.
  12. My sons were at their moms. But we video called before, at half time and after the game. Next games are with me. All the way to the SUPERBOWL, baby.
  13. When will teams learn from the Cheatriots? Help Josh create his super company, JA17, that provides invaluable "consulting services"; pay him a super salary cap friendly deal while some of Pegula's other companies have this urgent need of the unique type of consulting only JA17 can provide 🙃
  14. And that's what I liked most about him from the start. He seemed to be a leader that would not be pushed around, BUT have confidence to hire great people and delegate. Just like I loved that Josh would be a harsh self-critic, always strive to improve, respect teammates and the game, hiring outside coaches... yet be full of confidence and play to win balls out. BTW except for year one I never bought the "McD is too conservative because he is a former DC" line. He was clueless at times in game day decisions and half time adjustments (his biggest improvement this year by far!), but he was never THAT conservative. Well, there's that choice to start Peterman... OK maybe he was
  15. In hockey, coaches with opposite personalities of the last one tend to start well. So I was happy with Rex's hiring (ouch) and content with McD. Actually, I was super pissed at the Rex Ryan hiring, as I really disliked him ha ha. But he won me over quick. The team needed an electroshock and I felt then that he brought it. So I was wrong ha ha. McD I was more indifferent, knowing so little about him. The hype job was well done so I was hopeful, but a part of me was wary it was "save money & settle by giving a new guy a chance" hiring. Glad to be wrong I felt by year 2 you could tell he did things right.
  16. Not picking on you or this question specifically, it's just that I never get these impossible to make it happen "What if" questions. I wouldn't simply not from Day 1 because Josh was our guy. And now, even less so! Edit: and unless Josh gets 500M too, then even less so, again. Not out of envy ha ha, but because of the salary cap!
  17. Oh no! Leave it to 12 BTW why did he became 14 this year?
  18. Interesting oversight by most of us. This board was foaming at the mouth to fire the last ST coach. Rightfully so ha ha. But indeed they have looked sound all year.
  19. Overall, what impressed me the most is that the Bills made a then 10-5 team fighting for a playoff spot look like the Jets! Daryl Williams on RT has been quietly but surely doing the job. Now Antonio Williams sure made a mark and looked damn good out there... Yeah I noticed that right away... and didn't like it ha ha
  20. Her are mine. Yours? MVP: Josh is obviously the man Best new addition: Diggs Best rookie: Davis Best defensive player: I'd go with White Turnaround of the year: co-equal Bass & Klein Obscure hero: While Daryl Williams must be the “player most under the radar” winner, Feliciano’s versatility and impact since coming back makes him THE candidate Not players but major props to Beane and Daboll! And COTY for McD Hughes and Beasley for Team First awards
  21. I had read that the salary cap hit for the Eagles would be HUMOUGOUS. So much so, it's much better for them to keep me around as #2 at least next year than to have so much dead cap hit for nothing. Other dude is rookie so could turn out to be bad, or get injured, etc.
  22. If the Bills win the SuperBowl I'm parachuting in for the parade!
  23. While I agree and I've been a Josh fanboy since day 1, credit the OLine yesterday! He could have started writing his biography back there! Awesome pass protection
  24. I was actively searching for Poyer ha ha. I must have been too dizzy with victory. Brown was fine but close to someone with Covid? So he'll be back for the playoffs. Things are looking gooooood. If no one gets injured in that last game!
  25. Hopefully he's healed in 2 weeks What about Poyer? And Brown?
