  1. Allen pushed him like an annoying bug and THEN made the tackle too! Impressive Man, I feel bad for laughing at the Norman thrown out the door pick ha ha. Hey, guys, he's on our team! It's so weird how he had a stellar game one Sunday and then horrible the next!
  2. I hated that drop/INT of course, but thankfully the Bills players are tougher mentally! And they scored on their next drive too. If you have a feeling of doom after one bad play at the very beginning of a game... you expect perfect outcomes every time? I'm wary, know the importance of not blowing up opportunities, wish the Bills would crush an opponent for an easy on the heart game once in a while ha ha, but feeling doom, that they're done? Hell no Actually that first INT of Peterman's career was a pretty perfect pass. Dude couldn't get a break on top of creating his own messes.
  3. The illegal shift one got me steaming. It cost a TD! Sure they got it back so it didn't affect the game, but...how can they call that? Diggs was still going sideways, he didn't have to reset.
  4. It seems, at times, that to get in a groove, he needs the physicality of a had run, of some contact even. When things are clicking, don't do it but when he is shaky like yesterday, let him loosen up by letting him run a few times. Anyway, he has been money when throwing while running, so designed pocket shifts are a must.
  5. I'd like to disagree, and preparation is critical, but yeah, all the observations are spot on. From week 1 the offenses league wide were sharp, Titans seem better prepared, etc.
  6. They aren't busts in that they are that bad, just not what we'd expect from 1st round selections.
  7. Bell is good, he really is, but that Steelers OLine made him look way better than he is. They were that good. Bills OLine this year have been impressive in pass blocking but bottom of the barrel in run blocking. Bad fit, even though Bell is a good pass catcher. Of course, if he came free you take him ha ha. But this is not the case. You don't burn millions of the salary cap for a slight improvement.
  8. Edmunds is playing injured so I'll wait before saying that. But Oliver... yikes.
  9. Beside avoiding the injury bug, which is huge, there are so little good points. Like every little thing that could go wrong... did. The Offside and false starts, drops, etc. You cannot say that game is an indication of what's to come, too many bad things all at once. That will rarely happen, and hopefully won't again this season! But damn, Norman went from hero to zero fast. And Roberts, even if he didn't break one, looked like a stud in games 1-4... today was a dud. So hard to comprehend. Body language was suspect from the start. As usual, when Josh could run a bit and get physical is game improved, but that was late in the game. Unless he clicks from the get go, it has to be a part of the offensive game plan to get him going physically. White and Milano were sorely missed.
  10. Or they could be shaken at having lost their invincibility aura as Superbowl Champs that were kicking butt. And scenario A or B... they are grown men that have proven to be mentally tough. Momentum from a game rarely goes to the next anyway. Last year the few losses they got were in a row... and they ended the season as Champs. What I like though., is the Raiders did show the Bills coaches things to focus on.
  11. I admit I love the 7PM and 5PM time slots. My kids can watch the whole games
  12. QBs are the stars. I have zero issues them being protected... and they still get injured. I want the Bills to win, but I want them also to beat teams led by the Mahomes & Bradys. Look at the lists of injuries league wide, it's still super high. Yeah I love brutal blocks and tackles, but no need for concussions and crippling paralysis inducing cheap shots like used to be. I'm a MMA fan, but that's one on one, no cheap shots. Strangely, it's the offense not being be able to do open field blocking when there's a change of direction, or WRs not being able to take out LBs and DBs on run plays that I find weird. But even that I'm still fine with. Football remains one brutal sport!
  13. Do we really care about the TV markets? I just want the Bills to play and to WIN. If players are mad a the NFL, it'd be some on both teams so no effect on the outcome in any shape or form. It just sucks KC will have a full week to prepare but not the Bills but, 2020 is weird so...
  14. Some folks just like to freak out. Of course players must not spread it to their families and the "outside world" but you realize how so few have actually been sick? How people their age have a survival rate around 99.95%? We didn't know when it all started, but now if you look at STATS it ain't that bad. I wish people would get a grip. And yes, the Bills do get shafted here, especially compared to KC, but NFL had little leeway. Titans pay a very small price for their actions but it is what it is. What was the NFL to do here? It's the typical lesser of two evils.
  15. Yes. But can they? No or little crowd makes it easier, but rescheduling 100s of games (as this what amonuts to)... think of hotel expenses, booking, travel arrangements, etc. Not as easy as it seems
  16. Damn right. I expect some update by the NFL. Are the Bills playing or not this Sunday? About time they tell us all!
  17. Two weeks for an INDIVIDUAL. Two days of no NEW negative individual tests for a TEAM. What's hard to comprehend? Be positive, man. Oh wait...
  18. Now that's a fast recovery! Great news BTW the OLine pass blocking has been awesome this year. Surprisingly so, even. Run blocking needs help though and Feliciano can provide it.
  19. And in any case, both teams have to know by today if there's a game or not! Titans missing two games in a row would really mess up the league. As would a team missing one after its bye week...
  20. Norman looked pumped up from the get go. IDK if he'll be able to keep it up, but he was dominant this Sunday. BTW the difference between W or L is so small, and most games are close and decided by a few plays, so this board better not cry in all out depression when the Bills drop a few. It's bound to happen. But overall, great teams find ways to win more often than not, and that's what the Bills have done
  21. I don't think "hero ball" will ever leave him... and that's GOOD. Sure that means some occasional bone head plays or risking injury, but overall it means he's a WINNER. And while he's more Favre than Tom, especially running ha ha, Brett threw a lot of INTs. Since #4 won so many clutch games, Superbowl, and was so enthusiastic and charismatic, people tend to forget that.
  22. Good news the game is on! I was even glad no other Cheatriots than Cam had it. I want this season to go on all the way through. Bills are way too good not to!
  23. Usually, yes. When your QB jus had seemingly injured his shoulder, and has probably been given a shot to dull the pain at half-time.... maybe not.
  24. Well Mariota fits that description too. And it was my fear with Josh BTW. I never thought he'd be a bust unlike so many annoying posters, but that he'd plateau as a good/very good but not great QB - which is a killer. Instead, as planned, Allen has all the boxes checked to be an elite franchise QB
  25. Good enough for run plays. Not so on pass coverage. I was surprised to see him at the same time as Edmunds and Milano, but yeah, that run D needs help. And in the 2nd half they did stiffen up.
