  1. The punt average and holding for Haack are fine. My worry is punt blocks. He is the slowest Bills punter this century in getting punts off.
  2. Your example doesn’t distinguish between possessing and touching. That’s the problem with the rule.
  3. Disagreee. It seems like a bad rule to me. In your example above, if ball crosses the sideline, it’s OOB. Just like a punt.
  4. A play can be both DH and PI. If the player starts holding before the ball is thrown, and continues the hold while ball is in the air, it is both DH and PI. In this play, the refs got it right. The uncatchable ball negated the PI but not the DH.
  5. I I assumed the rule is that if the fumbling player touches the ball while he is OOB, then ball is considered OOB and play is dead. If that’s the rule, it’s a stupid rule. it should be if the player possess the ball and he is OOB, then ball is OOB.
  6. There’s plenty of people who think the world is flat. Heck, there’s even a Flat Earth Society. that doesn’t mean the earth is flat. Any observer who has studied Allen’s running style know that he isn’t the smoothest runner around. His jukes, while effective, may seem awkward. Look at his run closely. From ground level would be best. Players who are going to slide begin shifting their weight backward, and kicking their legs forwards. There’s a good example of a fake slide from Mahomes in this thread where he does exactly that. Note that Allen never shifts his weight backwards. im thinking the number of volts matches the IQ…
  7. 1. Freirmuth non fumble. 2. False start on RT on first TD 3. Way late hit on Diggs at end of first half. Here’s a clue. Watch with your own eyes. Don’t pay attention to the announcers.
  8. No it wasn’t borderline. Unless you think Gale Sayers was faking a slide when he slowed down to juke some DB. Put it in context. Allen, amongst all NFL QBs , slides the least. So why would a fake slide , from someone who rarely slides, be a smart move?
  9. Yup. There was no fake slide. Pretty obvious to those with in IQ over zero.
  10. Hmm… Freirmuth fumble with head scratching OOB call Obvious false start on SteelersRT on their first TD. No call. Obvious late hit on Diggs end of first half. No call.
  11. My money is on the mafia. Go Bills!
  12. That’s not true. The travel ban wasn’t put in lace until after the announcement to postpone was made.
  13. Hmm… Lets think this through. Today is Saturday. You happen to seethe post above yours?
  14. Does Mahomes helmet somehow seem higher on his head than other players? Almost looks like he’s a conehead.
  15. I was at that game. Was in 85,86, or 87. Opponent was the Steelers.
  16. i'm thinking that we see a Monday night doubleheader. Bills game to begin at 530-600 pm
  17. Everyone loves LaPorta. LaPorta averages 4.2 YAC per reception. Kincaid averages 4.3. And for those reminiscing about the great Cole Beasley, his last full year in Bflo he averaged 3.7.
  18. I agree. Moreover, the Dolphins strength is their DT. Best way to destroy a pocket is up the middle. I see Bills rolling Josh out, and also running QB draws to combat the interior rush. If Dolphins are still using a wide 9, then Bills may need to use a TE to help break contain on rollouts. So I think Knox blocking ability comes into play this game. Go Bills!
  19. Let’s make this clear. You stated Kincaid has ZERO RAC ability. Kincaid has 282 yd in RAC this year, good for 11th. Therefore, your statement is wrong. Full stop.
  20. YAC/R with no minimum receptions is not very useful. You’re considering TE with literally 2 and 3 catches. Kincaid is at 4.3. Ahead of LaPorta, Hurst, Hockenson, etc, all below 4.2. Take your lap and move on.
  21. This thread amazes me. You guy would rather have Hank Bullough? Or Jim Ringo? Or Kay Stephenson? 4 out of every 5 Bills coaches have been losers. Chumps. Under .500. Yet you want to take one of most winning Bills ever and toss him aside after a winning season? SM H
