  1. I'd think about it if I was the niners. I personally don't think baker is good. But if im the niners who are looking for a super bowl run, why not? How many below average qbs have looked great in Shanahans system. At the least baker could bring swagger and starting experience. Will baker lead the niners to a super bowl? Very unlikely. But if Purdy goes out and craps the bed and the niners lose 1st round of playoffs, the niner fans will be asking why they didn't at least try out baker.
  2. I think this type of defensive scheme is a big reason dorsey went after mckissic, cook, and Hines. I think he sees the 2 high he wants to let josh check down to speed backs all day. Get a speed back to beat a LB then the defense relies on CBs making open feild tackles.
  3. And some how the raiders always play KC tough.
  4. That's true, I have no idea how the chargers always find a way to lose to the raiders every year
  5. No Excuses now, run the table.
  6. Agreed, but keenan allen, Mike Williams, ekeler, palmer and Herbert all healthy aren't awful. They would be a team you can't sleep on in a wild card spot.
  7. And chargers might lose. Chargers are starting to get healthy and can have a super explosive offense. They have a bad D but could be a dangerous wild card team to play
  8. Higgins bails out bengals play calling. Terrible play calls lol.
  9. I partially agree hes not great at any one thing, but the argument can be made that look how josh looked before diggs, some big flashes but questions were still there. Then he got smoke diggs beasley. Tua was already being labeled as a bust last year, they get tyreek paired with waddle and friendly qb system and he's in the mvp discussion. What have patriots given Mac? Parker and Henry and a questionable OC. I'm not saying Mac will turn it around, I don't think he's a franchise qb but the Pats have not done him any favors and put themselves in tough spot not giving him weapons so they can asses his potential.
  10. Exactly, what was he supposed to do in that moment? I feel like people watch the video in slo mo and say he could have pulled up but real world happens in the blink on an eye. He was clearly going for the strip, you can tell when someone loads up and trys to destroy the reciever(like every crossing route in the 90s). I get the rules but I don't agree with an ejection.
  11. Agreed, I dont think the bills offense expected they would need him to block as much as he is.
  12. Agreed, Campbell helped us alot. I don't understand how none of the other coaches didnt ask Campbell why he wasnt calling timeouts before the half. Completely botched that.
  13. Big win, wasn't the prettiest but that was the trap of all trap games, lions in their super bowl at home with momentum, bills banged up tired little practice on the road. Bills pull out an ugly but gutsy win against a really gutsy team. Other than the von injury, this was great game because I saw the fire in diggs and joshs eyes when bass put it through. This team will go nowhere without the swag/fire from Allen and Diggs. And I saw it at the end of the game.
  14. Anyone else think it's funny how analysts were saying 6 weeks ago that feilds was a bust and the jets need to build around Wilson and give him time in the system. Now every headline is how stupid are the jets for passing on feilds...
  15. Your right, Hines looked great on returns
  16. And they have best penalty calls go their way when it matters.
  17. God I can't stand mahomes get every penalty he needs every game.
  18. Entire team looked flat except Milano and cook. But honestly if that's our new flat game that's ok, cuz josh doesn't throw red zone ints and we still win with a flat game from the team. The browns are a solid team that have lost alot of close games and we still handled them on an off day.
  19. I'd take this with a grain of salt, im sure alot of it is true but its pretty easy to say how well you know an offense AFTER you play them, and say "ya I saw that route a mile away, and knew exactly what to do" when at the end of the day it was simply a terrible throw, not a great play on the ball. Not to mention Gabe still had a solid game with a TD for a wr2 that was "figured out"
  20. I'm not sure why he wasn't more involved today, especially passing downs. But Josh refused to take check downs today so it probably wouldn't matter. But I definitely want to see some more handoffs to cook and Hines, we need that speed element to our run game.
  21. And if Singletary went down it was the moss show. Hines is a late season insurance policy and just another weapon you have to account for even if it's a few snaps. Not to mention bills have been uncommonly lucky with injuries at RB (knock on wood).
  22. Past few games josh has not been seeing the shallow middle of the feild well the past few games. The int to sauce last week, Knox was middle of the feild wide open. There was several times last week Knox was running wide across the middle. This week it seemed like he refused the check down to rbs or Knox in the middle. Hopefully it's something that can be corrected.
  23. Dorsey didn't control, Singletary fumble, diggs drop off his chest, josh fumbled snap, josh 2 end zone int, both ints rbs were wide open for easy dump off, Singletary making the bad cuts missing massive gains, josh still refusing to hit Knox across the middle regularly.. just to name a few.
  24. I try to look on the positive side, I was worried about the Bills playing as front runners and josh being mvp front runner, now maybe they can embrace an underdog mentality.
  25. Same exact situation from the 1st end zone int. Look at duke johnson, wide open, easy first down.
