  1. I'll admit he never looked like he was happy to be a bill and said some stupid things when he left, but you don't become defensive player of the year playing from pure talent and just a desire for money. You have to put in the work to be the best, and he obviously did being arguably the best CB in the nfl for span of about 3 years. This is a new bills regime, and hes older and wiser, I bet he could buy into the bills mentality.
  2. Christian Watson, not really a sleeper anymore now that he's being mocked in rd 1. But this wr class is so deep I think his freak size and speed are getting a little over shadowed. If he got paired with a good veteran wr to learn from and a good QB to throw to him he could be everything the chargers hope Mike Williams will finally be.
  3. Who cares how he left, he was a kid stuck on a bad bills team. We all have been young men with giant egos. At least he worked hard and went on to back it up as dpoty. He 100% makes our defense better the second he walks through the door, so for that I'm in.
  4. I've had alot of bad takes, but I definitely wanted Allen solely cuz hes a farm kid from California. But I got into and argument on this wall with a guy saying Rosen and darnold are the only options. I had friends on the medical staff at ucla that had interactions with Rosen and they said he was a douche. And some guy on here told me I was just repeating rumors I read online and I was an idiot for thinking Allen over Rosen..... I wonder what that one bills fan would say now...
  5. Comes down to momentum to me, if the bills just drove the feild and scored to tie the game and the crowd is going wild, I'd take the ball first. Our if my defense needs a breather take the ball. Otherwise I like ball second, If you have a great 2 point play that you feel good about I think differing is a solid strategy.
  6. Many, along with myself have been begging for a team only subscription. But I highly doubt they would do that. Way too much money they can gouge out of die hard fans.
  7. In every case I agree with you, I never want an RB round 1 and our need at CB is dire. But I won't hate RB like Hall in the first because of one thing, I genuinely think with the way the nfl is shifting, more passing and 2 high safety an explosive RB that can catch a dumpoff and house it, instantly improves josh allen. And I'm ALL for giving Allen weapons. Joe bascalia (can't remember how to spell his name) kinda opened my eyes to it a bit more. Though I wasn't crazy about his mock draft he makes a great point about the 2 high safety defenses and how an explosive back would help josh alot. And that explosive weapon locked up 5 years with josh on dirt cheap rookie deal doesn't sound terrible. But if the bills went for a slow power back in the 1st that brings nothing in the passing game I would be livid. I'm still all about cb or ol in the first but a home run hitter like hall for josh wouldn't ruin my day.
  8. Can't blame the guy, look at the ridiculous contracts the jaguars handed out to guys that don't have half the production he has. I doubt he gets that but you don't get it unless you ask.
  9. I think the 2 high is gonna be something that Allen, mahomes, burrow, see alot next season. Not to mention Henderson was the unsung hero of the Superbowl in my opinion. The 2 high was frustrating Stafford early on, but Henderson made some huge 1st Downs with a couple of dumpoffs. Rams might not win the Superbowl without those. I love Singletary but I don't know if he makes those plays. I'm ok with Hall if we have a plan for CB, if it's a veteran and a 2nd rounder or something, as long as there's a plan.
  10. Your forgetting Rashaad Penny, he was a solid investment for seahawks. But in all seriousness I'm always against RBs in the 1st. Doesn't lead to superbowls. But I will admit the nfl has changed, RB value in drafts has definitely gone down so it is rare to have the best RB in the draft at 25. I won't yell and scream that it's blasphemy that an rb is mocked at 25 because I think there's an honest chance beane could do it. I don't agree with it but it's a serious possibility. Beane has a history of not going for cb2s, there was rumors he wanted Etienne last draft, and if he's full go on win now, hall immediately improves the RB day 1, hall is a serious consideration. I don't like it but I'm not gonna throw a beer at my tv if it happens.
  11. I do think bills go RB at some point. I think the only way beane goes Hall is if the value at cb,wr, and ol are low at 25. But chances are there should be value at those positions at 25.
  12. Depending on what WR or CB gets to us at 25. Whoever is bpa at those positions. I would like to have a young high upside guy learning from diggs to replace davis if he becomes too expensive.
  13. Just stay healthy and I think it's a solid move. I'm still all about a WR in the draft though
  14. He wanted back in buffalo and him and josh are very close. He is a very unselfish teammate, you see him on the sidelines with josh on the iPads going over coverages between series. He wants to be apart of the bills family and help the team whatever way he can, for that I like the signing.
  15. Better than brieda, obviously. Brieda couldn't even get on the feild with the dolphins. He's also a pretty good blocker. I still think bills go get a late round RB, and it will be a competition for rb 2.
  16. Like the Watson pick, typical bills pick. Extreme athlete with all the physical gifts just needs to be brought up the right way.
  17. I think bills go pass catching specialist with pass blocking ability. Bills obviously wanted mckissic pretty bad, making me think mcD values pass blocking over speed. Though I would love the whole package.
  18. Needed a qb that could come in and still beat the jets or dolphins if josh is out a few weeks. Especially with how competitive the AFC is, can't afford a loss to the jets. And keenum gives us that, I like it.
  19. Crowder has always been solid even with bad qb play
  20. Low key good move, he was never a world beater but he was always excellent at containing lamar jackson. He did a great job at not letting athletic qbs get around the edge. We will need that especially in the playoffs.
  21. This. I was saying this about Diggs and drafting a young WR. It makes a Diggs contract so much more valuable, because a young WR can learn from the best. Rousseau and Boogie can now learn from the best.
  22. When i saw this headline my heart sank because i was afraid of how much it would cost. And its a great deal, this is the Allen factor, 1 year prove it deal with an elite QB and a SB chance.
  23. Would have liked his abilities but iam low key happy cuz now maybe we go get a cheap rookie deal with speed. Spend that money else where. Hope mckissic enjoys watching josh allen throw to a different RB in January from his couch.
  24. Weird that he says it's not about the money, and he clearly takes the money. Can't blame players wanting Vegas, no state income tax, warm year round, cheap housing, brand new everything, quick flight to LA, and so much money to be made with advertising for casinos. Disappointed cuz I thought he truly just wanted to play for a ring when clearly that was false.
  25. While I hope the bills still try to draft a late round RB with lightning speed, I think alot of the posters on here that are against this signing are missing just how important a pass catching RB that can also pass block is. That dual ability is extremely helpful to a QB and a first time offensive coordinator. He's not the big name home run hitter we all would like but there's a solid chance he helps josh adjust at the line in pass protection. And to those saying he's brieda 2.0, josh and the bills had absolutely no trust in brieda for pass blocking, or even knowing the playbook.
