    First off this is the "all character" staff. 2nd off despite people thinking the Bills are now going to be a wildcard contender - this is still not a very good team in "rebuilding mode". 3rd does this guy even want to play?

    Again.....they rid the team of talent in favor of players their either know or are of the "blue collar" mold. You've done a poor job when players you discard are contributing all over the league. And don't give me the cap garbage. If you have good and young talent you figure out a way.

    Move the talent out and bring it the players we know or guys who try hard and have 2nd rate talent. That's the theme of this regime.

    This happens when you have an OC who hasn't had any success as an OC anywhere paired with A) A guy who has no business playing in the NFL and B) A guy who was over drafted and lacks starting traits.

    That's exactly what it is...bs. Fans spinning everything this overmatched staff does. There is no tear down pre requisite in the NFL. See the Kansas City Chiefs as just one example.

    They gave the defense Star, Murphy, Davis and Edmunds in Rd 1. They gave the offense and Josh Allen....Chris Ivory. Atrocious.

    The excuse makers will find a way to say that these signings, while horrific, are apart of some master plan. And I guess we should trust these guys with all of that money next year? They had a chance with all of those draft picks to build this team..and look what they did with them. There is no plan.
