This regime isn't big on talent and certainly not offensive talent. Don't expect them to improve on anything..look where they've allocated their resources in the draft and free agency.

One of the problems is who he's selected to develop Josh Allen. Terrifying. They couldn't possibly keep Tyrod..he's not one of their guys....and as we know this staff has trouble developing players from previous regimes.... It's all about the culture....which is code for we don't want to adapt our coaching style to talented but sometimes troubles players.

Hit the nail on the head. They had a chance to go get a real bridge QB and surround the offense with some talent IN CASE Allen needed to see the field. Instead they sold themselves on Peterman and now Allen must see the field with absolute trash to play with. Mcd just had to have his defensive lineman....this will blow up in their faces epically.

This is an old style regime looking for choir boys...they aren't up to the task of making players like Watkins, Dareus, and Darby buy in. Theyd rather rid themselves of these types and then light the picks on fire that they get in return.

And he's not wrong about any of this. Many Fans want to hear what they want to hear. They are blinded and frankly soft when it comes to sports teams in town. If these teams were juggernauts then go ahead and get on Sully...truth is no one can deny that he's been right way more than he's been wrong when it comes to the dysfunction and futility of the teams in town.
